Good for them! We regularly violated USSR air space until Gary Powers crashed his U-2 inside the USSR.

You're hero, the messiah peace prize winner, was using his drones to spy on Iran and got it shot at.

I'm in favor of spying, and stopping Iran. I was just pointing out how opposite the man liberals worship is from what the media claim him to be.

Makes me wonder why in this day and age Obama would send a drone into Iran's air space to do what could have just as easily been done using a satellite.

Far as I know the Iranians do not have the technology to shoot down a satellite. So why send a drone that can be shot down?

Maybe Obama was looking for a pretext that would lead to war? He could have reasoned as Bush and Blair did January 31, 2003 in the "Downing Street memos" FWD to 7:23.

You are in favor of the government spying on Iran. Are you also in favor of the IRS paying your neighbors to spy on you? If not, why not?

Iran will not be stopped. Valerie Jarrett has been running the White House as Obama's close friend and advisor and has been holding secret talks with Iran.

I have no doubt that when Iran decides to nuke Israel, the US will be attacked, as well, but Valerie and Barack will be in their safe places when it happens.

    Where will you be, billwald?

What an absurd question. Of course I am against the IRS paying people for anything that is outside their mandate. Of course I am also against nationalized health care, nationalized auto industry, and...well you get the idea.

If Iran nuked Israel it would be an act of national suicide. Israel would turn Iran into a smoking hole that glows in the dark forever more in short order.

All Iranians must understand this so either they would all have to share the same death wish or they all have mile deep underground bunkers to take shelter in before firing their one single nuke at an Israel that can and will retaliate with hundreds of nukes.

I doubt the Iranians have enough underground shelters to protect them all.

So they must all have the same death wish. Right?

That's right LE only the neocons and the corporate media should be allowed to distract you with absurd games. Take mont974x4's advice and don't indulge in stupid things like critical thought.

Think only what you are told to think instead. Now that's real freedom.

"...it would be far more preferable if the United States could cite an Iranian provocation as justification for the airstrikes before launching them. Clearly, the more outrageous, the more deadly, and the more unprovoked the Iranian action, the better off the United States would be. Of course, it would be very difficult for the United States to goad Iran into such a provocation without the rest of the world recognizing this game, which would then undermine it. (One method that would have some possibility of success would be to ratchet up covert regime change efforts in the hope that Tehran would retaliate overtly, or even semi-overtly, which could then be portrayed as an unprovoked act of Iranian aggression.) "

Brookings Institution's 2009 "Which Path to Persia?" report, pages 84-85.

The policy planners at the Brookings Institution must think we're really stupid. They publish a document that lays out their plan to draw us into a war with Iran by poking a sharp stick in Iran's eye until it flinches or tries to defend itself then blaming the Iranians for being aggressive and starting the war.

It's right there in black and white. Nothing secret, no hidden conspiracy. It's right there in your face.

What's more absurd mont974x4 to read the war plan and call it play by play as it happens or to fall for the same old deceptions over and over and over again?
