A democrat state Senator in Michigan promised "blood" in his anger over granting the Right to Work to residents of that state.

Where is the outrage from the leftist political class and/or media and the deer Pharaoh of the democrat left?

Well OR I imagine they're pretty busy right now trying to avoid reporting on how Obama has been busy stabbing his union supporters in the back by shipping their jobs overseas and importing cheap labor who'll do the few jobs left here so we can "compete" with third world workers in the new global "free trade" economy.

    There Will Be Blood!

“There will be blood,” State Representative Douglas Geiss threatened from the floor of the Michigan House of Representatives as its members debated legislation that eventually made Michigan the nation’s 24th right to work state. Union thuggery is not uncommon or new. It was Jimmy Hoffa, Jr., who said this about the Tea Party: “Let’s take these son-of-a-bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong.”

Unions are at peace as long as they get their way. Consider this from Breitbart’s Big Government when Steven Crowder approached union protestors with questions about their responses to what elected Michigan representatives had done on Right-to-Work legislation. Crowder was assaulted, and one person threatened to shoot him.

“In addition to the assault on Crowder, union members tore down a tent that had been pitched by Americans for Prosperity; Breitbart News’ Lee Stranahan captured the union members’ attack as the tent collapsed, with people inside, as union marshals looked on.”

It has nothing to do with union-management issues. It has to do with enriching and increasing the power of politicians.

I believe that the biggest problem caused by unions is not wages but the pensions and benefits and the biggie, WORK RULES.

The company I spent most of my career with was largely non union. I have heard from engineers who worked at both that folks at the union plants worked harder than non union plants. my understanding is that the management did not like the union dictating work rules.

If anyone has any misconceptions about unions, all they have to do is look at what happened after hurricane Sandy. Untold numbers of people needed help and unions turned away VOLUNTEERS who didn't have union cards.

From what I understand, the volunteers could pay DUES and receive a temporary union card. Come judgement day, can't help but wonder how Jesus will view those card carrying union leaders actions following Sandy.
