    What was your HGB A1C the last time it was checked?

    Mine finally went down (yes down) to a 7.3. Woo hooo.

    Congratulations, that is very good! It is said 7.0 or lower is the ideal goal and you are getting very close to that! To what do attribute your success to: new medication, new dietary program, new intense workout regimen, other new lifestyle adjustments, new ma...err...cat in your life or what??? :smilewinkgrin:
