In what may be a ground-breaking decision, the Italian Court of Rimini has ruled that causation between an MMR vaccine and the resulting autism in a young child “has been established.”

The unnamed child received the vaccine in March of 2004 and on returning home immediately developed adverse symptoms. During the next year the child regressed, receiving the autism diagnosis one year later and is now 100% disabled by the disease.

The Italian court ruled that the child “has been damaged by irreversible complications due to vaccination (prophylaxis trivalent MMR)” and ordered the Ministry of Health to compensate the child with a 15 year annuity and to reimburse the parents of their court cost.

    < snip >

Not the first judgement against the vaccine

This, however, is the second recent judgement to come to this conclusion. Earlier this year a US court also ruled that the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine can cause autism.

I am afraid of vaccinations, folks ridicule me at work because I refuse the free flu vaccinations they provide.

But when I was a boy I saw my father get immediately sick after receiving the polio vaccine. He was perfectly well when we went in (the whole family), but got very ill just a few hours later. It was scary. Since then I have refused all vaccinations, and we have tried to avoid our children getting vaccinated.

People laugh and ridicule until it happens to them.

Because we all know that court judges are also medical scientists.

Just as we all know that governmental health agencies have no political or financial conflicts of interests.

Too bad there is not one study that would support it.

Unfortunately, the MMR vaccine is given around the same time that autism would begin to show in a child.

Both findings would appear to support the controversial findings of Dr Andrew Wakefield who, in 1998 published an article in the Lancet suggesting a link between the vaccine and autism. Official reaction to the paper was of such force and such outrage that the Lancet withdrew the paper on the grounds that it was scientifically unsound.

Maybe the reason there isn't any studies that "prove it" is because this happens to researchers that disagree with the big $$$ pharmacrats.

OR maybe it's been proven that he's a liar and his medical license has been revoked?

A healthy dose of skepticism rather than following this nonsense is important. Unfounded beliefs like this, that vaccines cause autism, cause children to not be vaccinated against harmful, sometimes fatal diseases. There is a human price to following every nutty conspiracy hypothesis that pops up.

If his research was spot on, how come NO one else has duplicated it?

Not only has no one else duplicated it with the same results, but Wakefield has a huge conflict of interest on this issue. Very suspect. What amazes me is that in spite of contrary evidence, how people can subscribe to every weird idea that comes down the pike.

Yep. I see people trashing vaccines all the time but honestly, they haven't seen people really sick with some of these illnesses. I don't think every vaccine we have needs to be done to babies but many of the vaccines are life saving - EVEN if they cause a reaction. The vast majority of children will be safe with vaccines and even the reaction they have is mild when compared to the disease. Just be smart, do some REAL research and then selectively vaxx as needed. I delayed most vaxxes with my kids just because I felt it was right. By school age, they were up to date on all but chicken pox. My children still haven't gotten gardasil. But I will visit that vaccine when the time comes. I'm not a full gullable follower but I'm not a fear driven person either.

By all means do some real research.

Just remember "real research" in this context is defined as seeking credible information only from those who stand to profit most from the sale of vaccines.

Because everyone else is a "nutcase". When doing your real research . . . follow the $$$.

Again - Independent studies are possible. If they are done, then great. Show them.

That's what the pharmacrats all say as they demonize and marginalize everyone and anyone that tries.

Monsanto did it's own research on their GMO corn. For 90 days. Monsanto's conclusion GMO corn is a ok for human consumption.

An independent study was done over a period of two years. It's conclusion, GMO fed rats developed large tumors and became infertile after the third generation. Guess which study and researchers are being demonized by the "experts".

Simple question who funds the studies you use to demonize those who question the safety and efficacy of vaccines?

You seem to rely on what the "experts" say so all I'm asking is who funds their research? Shouldn't that question be included when doing "real research"?

Simple question, simple concept. Follow the money.

Now on to your "for the greater good" argument. Is it based on facts and evidence found during "real research" that would include looking at other factors that might have been involved in the decline of various diseases besides vaccines? Like sanitation and improved living conditions.

    Decline in disease/mortality & non-medical factors

Vaccines are purportedly responsible for declines in polio, the "disappearance" of smallpox and other infectious diseases. The media assures us that science is working on an AIDS vaccine that will end that affliction. However, the incidence of infectious diseases first started dropping rapidly in the 1930's and continued dropping after World War II, coinciding with improved living standards. Clean water, central heating, the availability of citrus fruits and vitiman C, etc., were the predominant factors in the downward curve.

According to the Australian Nurses Journal:

"A careful study of the decline in disease will show that up to 90 percent of the so-called ‘killer diseases’ had all but disappeared when we introduced immunization on a large scale during the late thirties and early forties."

According to the Medical Journal of Australia:

"The decline of tetanus as a disease began before the introduction of tetanus toxoid to the general population. The reasons for this decline are the same for the decline in all other infectious diseases: improved hygiene, improved sanitation, better nutrition, healthier living conditions, etc." There was a 97% decline in measles preceding vaccinations and a 79% decline in pertussis. In fact, the rate of decline during the post-immunization in the 20th century is virtually identical to the pre-immunization period rate of decline.[32] A study conducted by the British Association for the Advancement of Science found that childhood diseases decreased by 90% between 1850 and 1940 due to improved hygiene and sanitation. [33] According to the records of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the 4 leading causes of death from infectious diseases in the USA from 1911 to 1935 were diptheria, scarlet fever, whooping cough (pertussis) and measles.By 1945, the combined death rates from these diseases had declined by 95%; before the implementation of immunization programs.[34] This decline was attributed to better public sanitation, nutrition and improved and less crowded housing conditions. According to a report in the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report of July 30, 1999, improvements in sanitation, water quality, hygiene, and the introduction of antibiotics have been the most important factors in disease control in the past century. [35], [36]

According to vaccine manufacturers, vaccines have almost single handedly been responsible for the control of epidemics. However, epidemics have followed the complete immunization of entire countries. For example, Japan experienced yearly increases in small pox following the introduction of compulsory vaccines in 1872. There were 29,979 deaths by the year 1892 and all had been vaccinated. [37] SOURCE

Shouldn't the above information be part of doing "real research" also?

Piers Morgan Falls Ill Days After Receiving Flu Vaccine

CNN host Piers Morgan is likely wanting another chat with daytime talk-show host Dr. Oz. for an explanation on why he got sick just days after having a flu vaccination administered on live television.

    < snip >

In the segment, Morgan rolls up his sleeve for his “first ever flu shot” as he nervously asks Dr. Oz about the “myths” surrounding the vaccine.
“So the myth about these, and I’m told it’s a myth, is that you can actually get flu or flu-like symptoms simply by having the shot. Is that true?”

As if reading straight from the CDC’s own seasonal flu vaccine fact guide, Oz brazenly replies, “You cannot get the flu from the flu shot because the material is actually dead flu virus. So it cannot cause a problem for you. It’s based on whatever virus was present in Southeast Asia a few days ago.”

“So that is a myth?” Morgan asks?

    “That’s a myth,” Oz reassures.

After he injects Morgan with the dead flu strain, Oz. turns to the crowd and takes a bow as if he’s just performed some tremendous feat.

Morgan’s very public onset of illness following his inoculation doesn’t do much to help the image of the vaccine industry who many have argued may be doing more harm than good. Past news items don’t seem too reassuring either.

For instance, a few days ago CONTINUE . . .

The influenza vaccine is not effective to fight the flu until about 2 weeks after the vaccine is administered. If he got the flu then he was already exposed to it and would get it whether he got the flu shot or not. If he was not exposed to the flu around the time he got the vaccine, he wouldn't have gotten it.

The best way to think of the flu vaccine is to think of it like a car without an engine. The virus cannot replicate, infect or anything like that - but the body identifies that it is in there and it goes to war. It learns how to fight that virus and so when it is later trained to fight it and it experiences it again, it can handle it quickly and efficiently - thus either not getting the flu at all or getting a very lessened severity case.

    Yeah I know the theory. I also know that . . .

Public health authorities have cried wolf every flu season to get the public to line up for flu shots. Health authorities repeatedly publish the bogus 36,000 annual flu-related deaths figure to scare the public into getting flu shots. But that figure is based on the combined deaths from pneumonia in the elderly and the flu. Maybe just 5000—6000 or so flu-related deaths occur annually, mostly among individuals with compromised immune systems, the hospitalized, individuals with autoimmune disease or other health problems. As stated above, the swine flu in full force has only resulted in ~500—600 deaths in the first six months in circulation and it is far more dreaded by public health authorities than the seasonal flu. The Centers for Disease Control issues a purchase order for flu vaccines and then serves as the public relations agency to get the public to pay for the vaccines. Out of a population of 325 million Americans, only 100 million doses of flu vaccine have been administered each year and no epidemic has erupted among the unvaccinated.

At least 50 African children paralyzed after receiving Bill Gates-backed meningitis vaccine

As covered by investigative journalist Christina England over at Vactruth.com, the small village of Gouro in northern Chad, for instance, recently fell victim to the dark side of this vaccine agenda after at least 50 youth in the area developed paralysis following vaccination with "MenAfriVac," a new meningitis vaccine developed specifically for Africa. Touted as a preventive cure for meningitis, MenAfriVac reportedly caused each of the children, some of whom were as young as seven, to suffer hallucinations, convulsions, and ultimately paralysis.

According to a cousin of two of the vaccine-injured children, the horrific side effects of MenAfriVac began to appear within 24 hours of its administration. Many of the children affected by it immediately began to experience headaches and vomiting, which later progressed into "uncontrollable convulsions while bent over with saliva coming from their mouths." But when parents and local authorities tried to call on higher-up government officials to take action and help the affected children, their petitions for relief were all but ignored.

Think U.S. health authorities have never conducted outrageous medical experiments on children, women, minorities, homosexuals and inmates? Think again: This timeline, originally put together by Dani Veracity (a NaturalNews reporter), has been edited and updated with recent vaccination experimentation programs in Maryland and New Jersey. Here's what's really happening in the United States when it comes to exploiting the public for medical experimentation:

What, you don't believe me? You think Big Pharma is a collection of compassionate, loving angels who care about the people more than they care about profits? Wake up and smell the chemicals.
