I was banned from another board for THIS?

AT ministering Deliverance dot com, I was just banned for pointing out that a popular deliverance preacher charges for his services and this is in violation of Scripture- just as charging for any christian marriage counselling, or bible study would be. Here is what I wrote Jay Bartlett, the moderator. I am interested to hear his reply. His website is http://jaybartlett.org/

I was seriously just banned from the forum for pointing out that charging a fee for deliverance is a violation of Scripture? Can you please explain to me how this violates any rules? All I said was I cannot support him [Bob Larson] because he charges for his services, and then listed
Matthew 10:8 "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give."
and John 2:16
"And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise."

I would like not only an explanation to which rule I violated, but I would like to know where you can find in Scripture that God commands us to charge for using our gifts or casting out demons, or where Jesus by example, charged a fee for his services.
I never said Bob Larson wasn't good at what he did, but we cannot deny He is doing it for the wrong reasons (financial gain and not Gods will) and he is obviously led by his own demons of prosperity.
Now unless you can tell me, this deliverance forum is not a Biblical, Scriptural forum- I'm left dumbfounded, because due to your actions that is what it now appears to be, anything but Biblical and just a means for your own financial gain.

deliverance from the demons that oppress them.. homosexuality, finances, depression, selfishness, addictions. Whatever demons a person has, in accordance with Mark 16:17 and Matthew 8:16-17.
