J.C. Penney Needs a Miracle in 2013

I spent 35 years as a JCP Associate 33 in management and it is difficult for me to watch an American Institution Like JC Penney go "down the toilet". JCP became what they were the same way Ford Motor Company and many other American business's did, buy giving the consumer what it wanted at a price that was fair and reasonable. The same can be said for Walmart.The Gay Agenda is not germane at all to the question at hand today. In fact the majority of todays corporations if not most contribute to Gay and Lesbian organizations in some manner (I believe marriage is between one man and one woman at a time). America is changing in all aspects and there are a lot of them that are for the better whether we recognize it or not.
JCP changed not only its merchandise mix but also its way of promoting it. And they did it "cold turkey". This is Their problem. For 100 years plus we trained them that value was expressed in how much you saved off of the priced marked on the goods. not value recieved for what you paid.
hypothetcial case; Athletic shoe marked $80 run on sale 59.99 BIG SAVINGS 25%ff. Same shoe now marked $55 365 days a year, no one wants it; no savings. How many of you pay sticker price on a new auto?

 

Yes, I'm one of them and I think many did stop shopping there. I feel sorry for the employees, but look at the top leadership and the gay agenda for the answer to this down turn.

 

Thats sad....used to shop there when my son was growing up. Bought some great Flexsteel furniture for the living room there & it was quality stuff. Apparently God is not blessing them any more.

 

Maybe God is blessing them. Maybe this will get them to repent and respect God.

 

I hope it does, I just hope we don't respond like Jonah did.

 

Visited local mall yesterday and if Ron Johnson is depending on Joe Fresh for his deliverer for JCP He's been smokin sumin bad.
