    I can not agree that God wanted to break that man's leg! God came to heal not to put sickness on someone or break someones leg!

    I see three main reasons sickness etc. happens.
    Sin
    Direct attack from satan
    Natural things

    I would put his in the natural things...
    If you are not paying attention while walking down stairs, you could trip, fall, and break a leg, neck, or collarbone. You could have all kinds of negative things happen to you. Yet..it is not sin...or the devil that caused it..just something natural!

    We hurt ourselves, catch a cold, get an infection, have swelling..all kinds of things ...for purely natural reasons/

    Can God use what happen naturally for his good? Yes!

    God can absolutely break a leg to bring about His glory. I believe that with my daughter's illness, God caused her to have uncontrollable vomiting so that we would find out about her tumor and later, to get the glory for her healing. I absolutely believe without a doubt that He did it because the doctors said that there was no physical reason for the vomiting after her surgery. There MAY have been organic causes before hand but after? Nope. No reason at all.

    So, God didn't want to break this man's leg? He very well might have. We can't say that He didn't.
