    Totally agree, but at the same time it seems that many times the "educated" have a tendency to relegate the simple message of scripture to "the UN-educated", while they alone can grasp the DEEPER doctrines that God has given in His word.

    Granted there is more than the immediate jump-out-at-you application, but that just shows, to me anyway, that God's word is beyond a total human comprehension! Ergo, no matter how deep one digs, there is always more and deeper to Him.

    Too many times the "EDUCATED" are educated beyond their intelligence; IE: there's a huge difference in WISDOM, and KNOWLEDGE!

    There are those who consider themselves enlightened beyond scripture. The heart is wicked. I remember in the old days on the BB the Catholics used to throw this quote around quite a bit.
