isn't it much more important as to the translators philosophy regarding how to transalte and their skill/knowledge than which texts based upon?

Does it matter if a cookbook lists the wrong ingredients in its recipes? or the wrong temperature?

No originals are left to us, so wouldn't the use of ANY of them be appopiate?

Of course. A Perfect translation of a flawed text is flawed and inferior. This should be self-evident.
No....One MUST have BOTH..... but, if the text is wrong, than a perfect Philosophy results in an imperfect version of Scripture.

    These questions answer themselves.

Correct: If you translate flawed cooking instructions PERFECTLY....you'll burn the Turkey.

Theoretically....you could mis-translate flawed cooking instructions and actually cook the Turkey perfectly

These answers are obvious of course, I don't see why Yeshua would ask them.

what is obvious is that KJVO folks hold to JUST the TR as being the Greek text, but all of the various greek /hebrew texts are equally valid to use for translation purposes!
