    Yet again ...

Yes, Sarin gas is made (partially) from sodium flouride, as well as from potassium flouride. Not, however, in a strength anywhere near great enough to be processed into Sarin. Where, might you ask, is sodium flouride sold at Wal-Mart? Why, in the pharmacy. It is a mouthwash.

Your "source" is a joke. The chemicals have to be processed and combined into the complex chemical (CH3)2CHO]CH3P(O)F to become Sarin, and they have to be in something like 400 times the concentration of a mouthwash.

When are you gonna learn, Poncho? Conspiracy theorists are never right.

That's wild you agreeing with "gasp" a democrat? I wouldn't have thought it possible.

    But there it is.

Looks like your science lesson is worthless in this instance.

Nerve gas effects on a small scale: spray a viable wasp nest with over the counter insecticide for flying insects. Observe their reaction to the nerve agent.

There is some interesting relationships between agents in "Roundup" and "Agent Orange".

The doses are so small they must be safe. Are you sure?

The history of the company called Bayer is interesting.

There is a conspiracy: Satan and his minions and God.

    Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Oh yeah the Bayer corporation that infected half of Europe with HIV to save a few bucks. No conspiracy there.

I don't know what to believe anymore TND just when I got you figured for an ultra conservative you start siding with John Kerry and dumping on Rush Limbaugh.

I'm having trouble comprehending it. It doesn't compute.

They say that the chemical weapons in Syria were shipped there from Iraq.

The Democrats are really confused on Syria.

Clearly, the Democrats and Obama brought this up over Labor Day to detract from the bad economy, the looming catastrophe of Obamacare, and the millions of unemployed Americans.

The Democrats like to start wars--World War I (Wilson), World War II (Roosevelt), Korea (Truman), and Vietnam (Kennedy/Johnson).

The problem here is the truth of the matter. If we admit that our president made a "line in the sand" and then was surprised because someone he doesn't really understand crossed that line...and now, with Britain backing away from the conflict...we have to determine that there is a real, credible threat--which appears to be fabrication....

Well, if we truly admit that the evidence may be fabricated, then we have to--we must--entertain the possibility of this president's predecessor also using fabricated evidence to engage in a conflict.

    What a twisted, twisted web....

don't dismiss it real quick, man.
the process can be done by the CIA, the NSA, or a contractor.
    or a funded terrorist cell.
because after all is said and done, they don't really need all that much to poison a tiny population.

    not really doesn't compute.
understandable, if you consider the seeming preposterousness of it, at first, until one remembers the dark days of the CIA, agent orange, and all those things, and the sliver of truths in the fantasy James Bond weapons designed by Mr. M.
    lol.

That would be a viable comment if not for the lack of concentration of the chemical in the mouthwash. So it's still hogwash.

That is not correct. It is posters like you who give credit to the false gap between Democrats and Republicans that allows the Federal Government to continue to erode our rights. You are one of those ones who actually believe there was a gap between Romney and Obama, and McCain and Obama.

I notice one of your heroes, McCain, just voted to authorize for with Obama. You should be proud.

Actually, it is totally correct, and no amount of denial will make it any less correct.

Since when is this thread about Republicans and Democrats?

If you believe there isn't, you really aren't in touch with reality.

Guess again, genius. He forced the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to adopt language that the Great Pretender will actually oppose.

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/09/04/mccain-opposes-syria-strike-resolution/

The vote came after Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., raised objections to an earlier draft. The objections forced lawmakers to renegotiate the measure; McCain ultimately won tougher language clarifying that U.S. action would be aimed in part at changing the momentum on the ground. He was among the 10 who voted for the final resolution.

You have it bad. You take the outcome of Republican antics, then work backwards to legitimize their actions. Proof beyond a reasonable doubt the McCain and Obama are birds of a feather. It does not matter, Congress will approve the resolution, and your fondest wish will come true, you will get to buy a snack tray from WalMart and watch CNN coverage as the missiles fly. Do you wave a flag also?

The only one around here who "has it bad" are the ones who thinks mouthwash purchased at Wal-Mart can be used to make Sarin gas.

Then why are you on this thread? Your participation is beginning to look like a deliberate effort to stalk, confuse, obfuscate and deny. Done here.

I love how you keep avoiding the real point of the article. It's not about making sarin out of mouthwash. It's about how John Kerry is getting away with making false claims to justify defending Al Qaeda terrorists that are being aided by the Saudis the Qataris, Israel and the banker backed psychopaths in the US government.

I'm starting to wonder who's side you are on. The constitution's or Obama and his Al Qaeda buddies.

Okay so maybe I didn't have an illustrious military career like you. I only served three years in the army but I still remember taking the same oath you did to protect and defend the constitution not Al Qaeda terrorists.

This is confusion on the part of you and others who believe this does anything to promote al-Qaeda or assist them in their efforts to spread Islamic terror. The fact that al-Qaeda is in Syria fomenting revolution and working to overthrow the Assad government, and the fact that we are considering action against the same government for using chemical weapons on their own people, are two separate story lines. Bombing Syria in an effort to hasten the fall of the Assad regime may put us on the same side with al-Qaeda temporarily, but it does nothing to promote al-Qaeda's agenda.

This is not World War II, during which we fed materiel and weaponry to our bitter enemies, the Soviets. We aren't assisting al-Qaeda in any effective way, and we certainly aren't funding their efforts against Assad or any other government. In the end, the Syrian people do not appear willing to accept governance at the hands of yet another totalitarian regime, which is the only kind of government fundamentalist Islam seems to be able to generate.
