    The name has since changed. I don't think the owner meant it the way people took it, but it was a good idea to change it!

    Anyhow, I like the idea of this site.

    What I found really weird was this guy's statement in his critique of the site. He said this:
    Now why on earth is it detrimental to society if we have the idea to avoid high crime areas when we're strangers traveling through somewhere? Or even when we're not?
    Shoot, I avoid high crime areas where I LIVE, I sure am going to go the extra mile to avoid them when I'm in a strange place.
    That's just common sense.
    What's wrong with that guy?!

    This is indeed a stupid comment. I agree with all you said here ...

    ... plus the fact that, whether the liberal/socialists want to face reality or not, those "welfare communities" harbor a lot of thugs, drug dealers, gang-bangers and others who will literally jump a stranger just for being a stranger in their neighborhood. This is classic denial on the part of those who want us to believe welfare, free health care and other "cradle-to-grave" government services are the way to Utopia.
