Democrats need to quit counting their chickens before they hatch.

Amazing to me how concerned Crabby is with the Rs.
If I didn't know better ( ) I'd think Crabby & Ds et al are trying to pull the same stunt as when the great RINO McCain was in the running for the nomination for prez - all kisses & hugs UNTIL he actually got the OK from the other RINOS - then drop the hammer on him.
Surely Crabby is not that devious ----------- is he???

I am really trying to find a reason to care about what Congress or any political party is doing these days. They majority seem to always compromise in order to curry political favor.

Honestly, I feel like if they're not talking about Jesus Christ and pointing folks to Him, I always get the distinct impression that i just don't want to hear anything the lot of them have to say. Because it always seems to subjective and hindering upon what benefits them and theirs and their little grasps for power and not necessarily because it's the right thing to do.

Of course, politics is nasty but if Christians don't try to help then we share the blame for the nasty results that are bound to occur. We might not be able to make changes but we can try. And that is the reason to care.

Try to help with WHAT? If we're talking about maintaining a right witness for Christ by not supporting that which He is against and using that as a platform to point folks to Him, Hooray!!!

But that just isn't what I'm seeing. This all seems to be about money. Their love for it and a lot of times, our love for it.

Government is shutting down because of Obamacare which in large part is about money.

To care about politics? Naah. Politics isn't saving any unsaved souls. We've lost what GOD says our focus is supposed to be.

We're supposed to be pointing folks to Christ. Let the lost concern themselves with saving a dying world.

Politics is the art of compromise.

The lust for power is what draws many people into politics.
