I hope that if this wasn't an accident, someone comes forward with the truth, or at least enough of it so the truth can be figured out for the sake of his family and so some justice can be done for Kendrick.
I know odd accidents do happen, and if that was the situation here, it's a shame that evidence was handled improperly and added to it looking suspicious.

The probability is that if he is the victim of foul play, it was at the hands of a member of his own race.

That's a giant spoon you carry, always ready to stir a pot, no matter how big.
One day I'm gonna fill a pot with pepper and when you stir it, you're gonna sneeze.
Better hope someone has a pot of Kleenex ready. :tongue3:

Way too many questions need to be answered. If the body was suspended upside down for some time inside the mat, the pooling of blood could look like blunt force trauma. My understanding from the second autopsy is that there were no broken bones, so I'm not sure what they're basing that supposition on.

When the legally sworn investigators in a case like this find no foul play, particularly in unusual circumstances like this, of course it is not going to sit well with the family. They can't believe such an odd thing could happen to their loved on. But odd things happen all the time.

Usually, when they hire investigators on their own, the investigators find evidence of foul play. Why? Not necessarily because there was foul play. They feel an obligation to earn their pay. They don't want to spend thousands of dollars of the family's money and come back with, "Yeah, the sheriff was right. It was a fluke accident." That never happens.

I doubt this was foul play. But then again, if they arrest someone, I won't be surprised at that. I just take it with a grain of salt.

CNN wants it to turn into a hate crime instead of an accident. Why do you suppose they first focused on an obscure strange death case in the first place?

Body and skull stuffed with newspaper? And the sheriff's office missed this how? Gimme a break! No mention of this anywhere but on CNN, which I trust about as far as I can throw a television cameraman. Seems awfully strange no one else would pick up on this. And how did they get the organs out without spilling blood all over the gym floor? The only blood was the small pull underneath his body.

Personally, I'm gonna have to see this splattered all over the Internet, without all sourcing coming from CNN, before I buy this. Sounds like a huge crock.

Newsflash, CNN. There was already an autopsy done before the second one. It occur to you to ask the medical examiner what they did with the organs after the original autopsy? Could it be, perhaps, they're being held as evidence in case something new comes up in the case?

I remember reading about this story back at the beginning of the year Gina and praying for the family. It just sounded a little too staged.
