    I figure the Dems are holding this card until the right opportunity. When things get rough in the 2014 or 16 elections they will capture a couple to terrorists responsible and turn public opinion back their way. It's in their play book, just read Rule for Radicals.

    CTB, yeah, as long as your ilk controls Congress, nothing decent stands a chance of passing. Even if it does, the Great Pretender won't sign it -- but he needs to -- and even if it gets passed over veto, Kerry won't implement it.

    Cruz needs to start a donations campaign and offer the reward independently. But then you and others will just whine they are "buying testimony."

    And the families who deserve answers, as well as the truth itself, continue to suffer at the hands of this administration and it's hatred of honesty, integrity, genuineness, transparency, and American values.
