I was going to say something about the impossibility of that figure, given I assumed the legal BAC to be .08. However, for anyone under 21 in Massachusetts, the number is .02. That means she had a BAC of .26 or greater. That's alcohol abuse, wouldn't you say?

In the fall of 1996, I went hunting in New Hampshire, I had the usual, sandwich, chips, apple, and water. Stopped at the King Phillip Inn on the way home.

I left a good time later, having eaten only a bowl of pasta salad, and consuming 5 pints of beer, with one ounce of tequila thrown in.

Drove about two miles, right into a sobriety check point, and ended up blowing only a .047. A little over half the legal limit. I know I was well over the limit. Maybe they've improved since then. But I remember every little detail about this.

I would imagine, at .26 BAC would render a person a slobbering mess. 13 times the legal limit of .08 is 1.04, which would be twice dead, so I think thisnumberdisconnected is correct.
