    Do you like omelettes?

Do you just have a omelett or do you like addition items inside?

How many eggs do you like for your omelette?

I like a four egg omelette, with ham and cheese.
I've been thinking about adding pineapple.

I make them here with all kinds of stuff, depending on what we have.
Number of eggs? I don't count. I mix up the stuff and however much liquid it takes in the pan is how much gets used. Sometimes I make a big omelet and cut it up into portions for everyone.

If I make one for me and have it planned, it tends to be different than the ones for everyone else and involves a variety of mushrooms, a bit of cheese, and salsa. The egg itself is often spiced.

For everyone else except one, they like it more typical with plain eggs, but I usually stuff it full of meat and stuff and go easy on the mushrooms.

I see no point in making an omelet or cheese omelet if it's not packed with stuff. Otherwise, just make a scrambled egg and throw some cheese on. Then again, just making scrambled eggs can take me 45 minutes if I do them special. ROFL

Eggs are a work of art. :tongue3: I can make them fast, but since I personally don't like them much, when I DO want them, they have to be done right and if someone actually requests an omelet, they shall have one. And it shall be the best one they ever tasted. And the name of the omelet shall be...oh never mind. hehehehehe

Hmmmm, your fruiting the omelet? I sub the ham for crispy bacon (Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon)..... but then again I have back yard chickens so the eggs are fresh. If you make biscuits / and or fresh baked bread.....now there is a rich indulgence.

I use two eggs. shredded cheese, hot red pepper, Mrs. Dash Table Blend (has everything but salt), and I like Jalapeno peppers and bacon pieces. I make mine in the microwave.
