    It's a growing trend. South Carolina, Missouri and Texas have legislation pending to nullify the ACA (healthcare law). I seriously doubt the federal government would go the military route to attempt to enforce federal laws within the individual states without first suing in court, and it is likely the federal courts would overrule states' rights. They almost always do. The military option will come in when states choose to take up arms against an illegal and repressive government.

    States are going to have to "take the bull by the horns" and do whatever is necessary to control the federal government and bureaucracy. If the feds cannot be brought under control I believe that in the next 10 years or so we will see some movement by certain states to leave the sinking ship, starting probably with Texas!
