    2. We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects – such as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons.

The Patriot Act passed right after 9/11 by the Bush administration gives the government the right to break into any American citizen's home without a warrant if they "suspect them of being a terrorist." Personally, I think this law is unconstitutional and should be removed. What's your attitude towards the Patriot Act?

I haven't heard of them but they are dead wrong if they consider Snowden an oath keeper. I am not sure he had to take an oath in his job but I consider him guilty of treason. If he had been an honorable person and felt it necessary to reveal NSA material he should have stayed in this country instead of going to China and then Russia, certainly our most formidable foes!

    I'm against it. .

And what would happen to him if he had stayed here?

Have you forgotten about the NDAA already?

if you're running for your life, is it really a good idea to you to run to the people who want to kill you?

You haven't a clue about what the Patriot Act actually said in its original form. No, it did not give the Bush administration, or any other, the authority to break into American's homes without a warrant. The Patriot Act as originally constituted allowed warrantless searches of foreign national's homes when it could be shown to one of the special court judges that they were involved in plotting or carrying out terrorist activities. The revised version changed language that your Little Marxist Dictator seized upon to use against anyone he chose to use it against. Thus far, there has been little known abuse of it, but the use of Patriot Act courts under this communist dictator in the White House has tripled compared to the Bush years.

By the way, 2008 called. They want their political strategy of blaming George Bush back.

I like them, a lot of law enforcement professionals seem to be signing up here in NC. I expect them to be the first to run into problems, particulary with orders 9 and 10. Order 5 will only become an issue if the secession movement gains more ground, but it could be a big stumbling block to some oath keepers.
