    There ya go, Winman.

    Wait, here's another one:
. . . . Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on . . . .

    Oh! and another one:
    . . . . Be ye, therefore, perfect . . . .

Is there a day—NO, a second—that goes by where you are in harmony with those commands? Even if you really think you are, I'm banking on the fact your not foolish enough to openly assert it.

I'll say it again, I can't get up from this chair and walk out of the room without sinning.

    Wretched man that I am!

Preach it my Ky. friend, I agree with you 100 percent. You and that man I see in the mirror every morning when I'm shaving seem to have the same problem!

But we know that the Law is good, if one uses it lawfully, realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers and immoral me and homosexuals kidnappers liars perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching - 1Tim 1:8-10

It baffles me how people who profess Christ as Savior are trying to live under Law.

The Law is bondage, and the ministry of death.

Jesus said BE perfect, not ACT perfect. There is a difference. He also said our righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees.

In another thread, Winman asserted he sins only by choice, not by nature.

I think we have all coveted something in our life time. For a person not to covet, he would be in need of a certain item before he bought it. If you don't need it but desired it, it would become a luxury and that would be coveting something.
