    I often use the "Quote" button - but From time to time - after I hit the button - the Quote does not work?

    What is the 4-1-1

    You might need to perform a System Recovery or Restore.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/system-restore

    Find the System Restore instructions for your version of Windows. That will usually correct problems like this. I have performed this procedure many times.

    I've been having troubles with the edit button recently.

    I go to edit and their is no post to edit.

    I wonder if the problems are related?
