Senate Intelligence Chair Says No ‘Credible Threat’ On Bergdahl’s Life

    A prominent Democratic senator and chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee is the latest to disagree with the Obama administration’s justification for the release of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.

    The administration has maintained that Bergdahl was in imminent danger, which required the expedition of negotiations to secure his return. Bergdahl’s condition has also been used to explain why the administration did not notify Congress of the planned release of five Taliban commanders in exchange for Bergdahl, though law requires a 30 day notice.

    But Sen. Dianne Feinstein isn’t buying the administration’s rationale.

    “I don’t think there was a credible threat,” said Feinstein in an interview with Bloomberg’s Al Hunt that will air this weekend. “I have no information that there was.”

    On Wednesday, Obama administration officials from the Penatgon and Joint Chiefs of Staff held a closed-door meeting in which senators were shown a “proof-of-life” video of Bergdahl filmed in December while still in Taliban captivity.

    He just found out he is in the whitehouse. Kind of stumbled on it while going on a tour. Shoot, he didnt find out about any of these scandals until he saw it on the news.


    You believe that don't you! He did not know about any of them until he saw the news reports!?

    Between the White House trashing the men who served honorably in in the deserter's unit ...
    ... and yesterday morning's New York Times editorrial, The Rush to Demonize Sgt. Bergdahl, laying the blame for Bergdahl's desertion at the feet of his comrades, it's way past time to take control of this nation back from the clowns of both parties in Washington.

    When outrageous reporting and editorializing such as what the liberally dominated media has resorted to in the past year is allowed to stand unchallenged -- and it has been -- we have lost the fight. The Republicans are powerless to counter the Marxist in the White House, the American public ignores the utter stupidity of the media and of the left, and continues to champion both the Little Marxist Dictator and his likely successor, the Wicked Witch of Arkansas.

    I've about had it. If the electorate doesn't make a violent and necessary swing back to the right November 4, I'll be looking for a revolution.
