"Full beard is a pretty tough decision... It kind of becomes a battle. You fight people's attitudes. You fight the heat in the summer. But you keep going." -Alan.

I have had the opportunity to kiss men with beards. I have never kissed a scrubbing brush, but I suspect it would be as with a beard.

I am not authorized to have a beard! And I suppose my Commander in Chief has the same thinking as indicated in post # 5.

I was pro beard prior to the Army. Then came 20 years of not being able to grow one. Lost interest ... too much maintenance.

A good Philips Norelco takes care of everything on my head and face....giving meaning to the expression "bald faced!"

Beards. . .Yuck! Hubby has a choice, kiss me or grow a beard. The two just don't go together because yes, it IS like kissing a scrub brush!

Mine is soft as a newborn puppy. A man has to treat his whiskers like the hair on top of his head - shampoo, conditioner and a judicious application of a brush.

I wear -according to the cited article - a mustache with a goatee. The only exception is from October until December when I wear a Deer Beard.

My beard seems to be a dog hair magnet when I have our golden retriever in the car with the wind blowing through the Windows.
