UPDATED: Former Police Chief Speaks on Latest Michael Brown Shooting Information
    October 20, 2014 3:26 PM

FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) – Information about the Michael Brown fatal police shooting is beginning to leak out, and former St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch says it’s no accident the feds are allowing the information.

Fitch discussed a New York Times article indicating, according to federal investigators, there was a struggle that led up to the fatal police shooting of Brown, with KMOX’s Mark Reardon on Monday.

Fitch calls the information from the investigation coming out as phase two – to “coordinate leaks to the media, and to start getting some of the facts out there to kind of let people down slowly,” he says. “When I say this is phase two – phase one was really Eric Holder’s announcement how they were going to basically do a complete review and take over the Ferguson Police Department.”

Fitch says he thinks the feds recognize that it’s “probably very unlikely” that there’s going to be charges against Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

That would seem to be the righteous conclusion to an ugly event! Our police are not all bad, and not all are abusive. The few that are exposed, deserve what they get, but in this case, if what we are hearing is true, then we are seeing justice served.

Recently the CHP officer who chased down the emotionally ill woman on a local freeway, wrestled her to the ground and beat her without mercy was FIRED, and I have to agree that the investigators got it right. The NY police office using the choke hold on the rather large man who subsequently died as a result of that illegal hold, is still out to lunch, but it looks like he should be fired too!

There is a system in our nation, and that system may not always get it correct, but most of the time they do, and justice is served.

One more case was OJ. It seemed he was guilty, but the jury saw differently, but sometimes justice served comes back and gets its own vengeance, and now this man is in prison for the remainder of his life! Who would have thought his shakedown of a memorabilia collector would have brought him down?

The problem is that it won't be the conclusion.

The Holder Injustice Dept. will do everything they can to bring him to trial for a civil rights violation.

Watch out carpro! You forgot to put the word "UPDATED" in your forum post title. According to your strange reasoning you are in violation of Fair Use.

Clearly an oversight. I'll try to be more careful.

Are you going to be chasing me around the rest of the day because we had a disagreement? You really should let it go. Obsessing is not good for you.
