    Yes , but not really. I believe what she intends to do is reissue the subpoens, changing the word "sermons" to "speeches".

    The mayor of Houston is one hardheaded idiot. :BangHead:

    The Mayor stated "I’m not going to let the citizens of Houston vote on my civil rights", She is hardheaded.

    Well, that's easy. They don't have any speeches to turn over, because they preached sermons.

    Now, if she actually uses the word "speech," ya think the ACLU will get involved?

    Two weeks ago they took out the word sermon and used the word speech in a revised subpoena.

    This might be one of those very few cases they would be interested in that could be considered a "conservative" cause. They take one every now and then, just to prove they're not always beating up on freedom of religion. :thumbs:
