The people with the money lead this country. The "1%".

No it's probably more like 1 tenth of 1%.

My oh my, what a hateful, racist, anti-Semitic post you just made OR. You simply cannot be promulgating this sort of otherwise well known information and offend 'The Chosen' worshippers on this board. Smearpro and the good Rev should be around shortly to set you straight.

    ...oh, and incidentally:

    Obama advisor reveals Jewish roots

It's evidently very important to her for those she thinks that matter to know this.

Her ethnicity has nothing to do with her morality - the fair or poor quality thereof (whichever the case may be).

It's not race or ethnicity that determines the evil nature of the human heart but that we are all descendants of Adam, possessors of a sinful and desperately wicked heart.

Satan and company knowing the judgmental nature of the human heart can and does use race, religion, ethnicity as a deflecting shield against criticism, accusing the "nay-Sayers" of racism, antisemitism, homophobia, ebolaphobia, etc... whatever fits...

His general strategy is the destruction of the human race, to take as many of us as he can into the lake of fire.

It seems he has found a loyal ally in the corporate mainstream media.

The Top 1% earn only 17% of income
The Top 1% have 35% of total wealth

    Link for Story

Only 6% of rich people only have their money via inheritance. Most actually worked for it.

As the World Economic Forum begins in Davos, Switzerland, Oxfam International has released a new report called, “Working for the Few,” that contains some startling statistics on what it calls the “growing tide of inequality.”

    The report states:

Almost half of the world’s wealth is now owned by just one percent of the population.

The wealth of the one percent richest people in the world amounts to $110 trillion. That’s 65 times the total wealth of the bottom half of the world’s population.

The bottom half of the world’s population owns the same as the richest 85 people in the world.

Seven out of ten people live in countries where economic inequality has increased in the last 30 years.

The richest one percent increased their share of income in 24 out of 26 countries for which we have data between 1980 and 2012.

In the US, the wealthiest one percent captured 95 percent of post-financial crisis growth since 2009, while the bottom 90 percent became poorer.

    < snip >

Additionally, the report says that high levels of wealth concentration can harm democracy and reduce equal opportunity, as the wealthy begin to have an undue influence on government policy making:

When wealth captures government policymaking, the rules bend to favor the rich, often to the detriment of everyone else.

But it is a fact that the middle economic class is dwindling in this country, more so under O'Bama!
