MILWAUKEE, Wisc. – A Wisconsin sheriff who has been outspoken in expressing his opposition to the way that many black leaders have handled the Ferguson and New York City matters is stating that if people truly believe that black lives matter, they should protest abortion facilities.

Sheriff David Clarke has been featured on a number of news outlets in recent weeks to discuss his thoughts about the incidents and the reaction that has followed. Last week, he was interviewed on CNN about a Tweet that he sent this month to a journalist with the New York Times, which read, “If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.”

Clark, who is a black man himself, was asked by host Poppy Harlow if he sent the message, and what he meant by the statement.

“Yes, I did,” he replied. “When I hear these things that black lives matter, the only people who really believe that statement are American police officers who go into American ghettos every day to keep people from killing each other. Alright, so, yes I did send that and I meant it.”

“Look, the abortions?” Clarke continued. “If black lives—if they really mattered, that’s where the outrage would be that’s where we’d see protests…”

The protests are not really about cops killing black people. They are about pressuring cops to get out of minority neighborhoods because certain crimes have become an acceptable lifestyle.

I disagree. I think the protests are about certain "black leaders" trying to stay relevant. They thrive on the contention between blacks and whites and would immediately become irrelevant if that contention went away.

We should ask their parents and families what they think the protests are about.

It is a racism of the worst kind that tries to excuse the killing of all these unarmed black people by trying to paint their communities as desiring crime.

I protest abortion 24/7/365. Every member of my family and those of like faith know my position. I invite every person on these boards to protest abortion 24/7/365.

It is Biblical. It is not optional.

Every Christian should protest the taking of life of the unborn.

But abortion didn't kill these who were already born.

    Police officers did.

And it's silly that some on here think that black people are gonna listen to them feign concern about abortion and the taking of lives in the black community while showing that they have no concern about police killing so many of those who have been born.

Again, you have made a comment that needs to be backed up. I doubt if you will, but the question is.

How many black men were killed in each of the last 10 years by police, versus other black men or men of another color under the tutelage of gangs?

Well, theclock is ticking. BTW - I'd settle for just a few years of stats on the nmbers I asked you to share. But, the question remains, will you back up what you say?

    Check with the coroners.

Your statement is as irrelevant to police killing unarmed black men as would be "How many white men were killed in each of the last 10 years by police, versus other white men or men of another color under the tutelage of gangs?

Fortunately for me, you don't get to frame the conversation . This isn't the Hannity Show. Your statement is irrelevant.

Blacks support abortion on demand because it is part of the Democrat Party platform and Blacks are 100% Democrat. The papers that stripped away due process were signed by Thurgood Marshall, under orders of the Democrat Party. Obama favors not only abortion but advocates infanticide in case a child accidently survives abortion.

My theology probably is not correct on this point, but here is what I believe about abortionists and those who say that abortion is okay and those who say that abortion is not murder:

Luke 17:2 (KJV) It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Oh, hush man! You a hoot! You can't provide the facts because they'd show you exercised dramatic license in your claims. And were you to provide the stats needed to support your ridiculous claim, in fact those stats would show you how racially biased and misinformed your point was, and you'd lose face. So, in a feeble attempt to save face you tell me to check with the coroner. What a trip.

And white people are 100% racists. That should highlight just how insanely silly your comment is.

And members of the GOP and political right are cheering when police officers kill unarmed black men. So the President is for killing babies and yall are for killing black adults.

    Not much difference.

23 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. 24 You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.

25 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. 26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

27 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

To answer your statement to CM, you are the biggest racist this board has going for it. And like you, Sharpton, Obama, Holder, Jeremiah Wright, Farakhan, Jesse Jackson are from the same mold you teethed upon.

It is becoming more evident each day that blacks are the true racists, still living in a time period that has come and gone. The Japanese have more right to feel segregated after WWII interment camps. The Indians should feel inferior and poorly treated as we took their prime hunting ground and relegated them to barren ground called reservations. The Chinese were indentured slaves used to build our railroads, and today are held as sex slaves and low pay sweatshop help. Yet none of these races are walking the streets screaming prejudice and death to cops.

The black race have come a long way since slavery, yet of all the races in America, a portion of them continue to think the world and the white race owe them everything.

It seems that the time to get beyond the past and into the present is now. Racial relations will never heal when a portion of one minority plays the race card every decade or two.

Can I give you an F minus minus.?You lack originality and cry race as much as Al Sharpton, Hannity and Rush.

 You're stating this as though everybody didn't already know this is how you and a lot of your buddies feel.

Replace all of these faces with Japanese, Indians, or Chines who have died unarmed at the hands of police and THEN get back to me with your ridiculously irrelevant statement. In the words of another poster, apples and pork rinds.

Careful now. That angry, white privileged chip on your shoulder is starting to show.
Seems to me that the white people at the bidding of King Rush and Lord Sean are playing the race card just as much as they seem to think that black people are. It's really hilarious in a sad , pathetic type way.

And we're not getting past anything because certain white people in the church are more beholden to their good ole boy politics than they are to loving people including those who don't share their skin color.

And that racial prejudice and racism spreads like cancer.

The Democrat Party gives the orders and the talking points--Democrats just do as they are told.

Hilarious because the GOP followers on here do nothing but repeat the talking points that Sean and Rush have passed on to FOX News.

You are the only one who listens to them. As you say, all whites are racist except those who vote Democrat. And in you opinion there is nothing wrong with abortion. But I say that white Democrats told Thurgood Marshall what to do and Obama is just following the marching orders of white Democrats who favor abortion such as the super wealthy Nancy Pelosi.

Luke 17:2 (KJV) It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

All he is doing is repeating the talking points the DNC gives him. They think they can somehow discredit people if they can tie what they are saying to Rush and Hannity. Of course I am not aware of anyone on this board who listens to them.

I didn't say that. Besides, only folks with an agenda would contextualize that statement to be anything but what it is.
You're just racking up the lies today. Don't attribute to me anything I haven't said. I say plenty that 'll gladly take credit for.

The same way that the GOP is following the marching orders of Sean and Rush, FOX News and other wealthy GOP operatives to push their racially prejudiced and racist agendas.

Man hush. You need to be on Sean and Rush's payroll as much as you rehash the same GOP racial prejudices and racism. The only thing that gets discredited is the pretense of a witness you're supposed to have.

Yall are just as much instigators and racial pot stirrers as you claim Al Sharpton to be.
