First it was foot baths for Muslims at the University of Minnesota now Barak Hussein Obama's favorite tune at Duke University.

The Duke board of trustees should rename it Ichabod University.

This sort of thing continues to be just crazy. You would think that universities who were founded by the church would refrain from having any clubs, etc that did not uphold the banner of Christ.

But in order to get those federal financial aid dollars, I guess they have to make some compromises. SMH.

Are they gonna put a mosque on campus next?

Mormonism is also a religion of death.

Try to place the Muslim call to prayer from a bell tower over a campus? Complaints.
Try to place a Mormon over the country? Cheers.

Duke cancels Muslim call to prayer; cites opposition, safety

"...after a flurry of objections arrived by phone and email -- along with reported security concerns -- Duke canceled a plan to have members of the Muslim Students Association read a moderately amplified call to prayer from the tower for about three minutes each Friday."

Wonder if there were "security concerns" or if that is just an attempt to smear Christians at this uber liberal school!

I think Duke alumni caught wind of this "idea" and complained. Following the money again, but I'd like to see the day a mosque rings the bells. That's not going to happen.

And at least Mormons aren't killing French cartoonists.

“It makes me sick to my stomach that there are those in the world who find it appropriate to make recourse to violence—even threats of violence—to justify their means,’’ Safi said.

but he didn't say it about that.

Thanks for the link 777. I thought an expansion of the posted remarks by Safi would demonstrate the hypocrisy of Islam!

These people absolutely will not disown, even protest, the slaughter perpetuated by so-called radical Islam, even when they are using a 10 year old girl to carry a suicide bomb..

Safi is welcome to go back to whatever sand-enhanced third world cesspool from which he came.

Is Jacsonville, Florida a sand-enhanced third world cesspool? I ask because that's where he was born. Just curious

Maybe he meant that Safi should return to Iran where he grew up. I'm still glad he lost on this issue.
