    How would coming into work naked interfere with those same things?

    The company should be free to impose any dress code it wishes. The woman isn't being forced to work there.

    Probably not the best analogy but yes dress codes can be imposed. It's just the "why do we need to die on this hill" aspect of the situation.

    It used to be, historically, that Baptists would support the request of an individual to wear religious attire.

    Religious Liberty is a Baptist distinctive historically.

    Guess not so much anymore...to our shame.

    No man or woman should be discriminated against for choosing to wear appropriate religious attire.

    Because it was introduced as a religious expression rather than a simple dress code.
