'Clinton Cash': Menendez Was Indicted for Lesser 'Quid Pro Quo' Allegations

In the bombshell new book, Clinton Cash, author Peter Schweizer alleges that Hillary Clinton did favors for foreign governments and groups in exchange for cash.

The money allegedly came in the form of huge speaking fees for former President Bill Clinton and donations to the Clintons' foundation.

Responding for the first time last night, Clinton dismissed the book's claims as the usual political distractions and "attacks."

"Well, we're back into the political season and therefore we will be subjected to all kinds of distractions and attacks and I'm ready for that. I know that that comes unfortunately with the territory. It is, I think, worth noting that the Republicans seem to be talking only about me. I don't know what they would be talking about if I weren't in the race, but I am in the race, and hopefully we'll be able to get on to the issues and I look forward to that," said Clinton.

John Podesta, the chairman of Clinton's presidential campaign, claimed the book contains nothing new and is filled with "conspiracy theories."

On "The Kelly File," Megyn sat down with Judge Andrew Napolitano to discuss the potential legal ramifications for Clinton.

Napolitano likened the allegations to the recent "quid pro quo" indictment of Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) by the Obama administration.
