Interesting new job that I have. I get transferred to a new building (out of my will) and its very disorganized. Just today in our department we had a veteran throw down his badge and walk off the job. Monday another employee did not show and has not been to work all week.

But I mean its very very stressful, disorganized, not run well, plus I have to deal with some people. This one employee sometimes like to touch me in the stomach and I do not like it. I have told him many times but he does not stop. So today I told someone with authority and Lord willing he will stop. What gets me is the level of disorganization and free blame on people. I mean people getting blamed for other peoples mistakes, which gets tiresome after a while. I wish some of Management was more team playing oriented instead of playing with their phones while everyone else does the work. It gets very stressful working with people like this.

    Questions & Answers
Have I looked for another job? Yes.
    Have I found one. No
What can I do? Pray hard....
Do I need support from others? Yes

But I will add if you are not supportive and are gonna attack me please do not post. Thank you.

evangelist6589, I will pray that you are directed by God's will to precisely where he wants you to be and that you will be an effective witness for Christ no matter where you are.

Thank you so much for your support.

I am glad my critics so far have not joined this thread and posted their attacks. These rabbits need something better to do,

Man you seem to have the worst luck with jobs. You ever think about just starting your own business where you can control who you work with?

Where I was at previously in the company was a perfect fit and I was there for over a year. When I was in SC I also had some good job fits.

Praying. Just keep in mind it is usually tough for the new guy, and things will likely settle down eventually. I wouldn't in seeking another job, though if you can find a better one...go for it. But just based on a few people I have known, sometimes that new job can be worse. So just maintain self control, do what you're supposed to, and hang in there.

    God bless.
