    The link states that SS is welfare for the whites, because Blacks die younger and never get anything out of SS

    No, social security is not welfare.

    I wouldn't dispute much of anything (but I only skimmed the article) I would add a qualifying statement as to the proportion of each ethnicity utilizing government services. More whites by number use these services because whites are the predominant ethnicity. Looking at the percentage of each race that uses government services is likely a more accurate picture.

    This is the first generation that , based on standard mortality tables, will not get back all that they paid in.
