He says he tried this on every other version / translation of the bible, and the only one it works on is the KJV.

I believe This Man is a Baptist Minister or Teacher...

Be patient, I really enjoyed this video, it's not long.

What do you think after watching this?

I did not hear when he said that it only worked on the KJV, what point did he say that?

As far as what I think, I think the whole idea of a "Bible Code" is nonsense.
For one the Chapter divisions are not inspired. And two if I look for something I can always find it.
Also I found his so call code to be lacking because those words he used, are used in other chapters of the Bible as well not just the one he mentions. He was just trying to make the Bible more complicated then it needs to be, so I found his final statement about the Bible being for the laity the most ironic since he was making it as complicated as possible.

Also I would be very amused I think to see how he ties Song of Songs 7 to the Antichrist, since that is the six hundred and sixty-six chapter of the Bible. But I would not take him seriously at all.

Adding to what blessedwife318 mentioned in her post, you will find an interesting Wikipedia article entitled "Chapters and verses in the Bible" for a good summary of when these "uninspired" divisions occurred.

    What is the "Prophecy Club"?

This website will help you find out:

    www.christianmediaresearch.com/postacy-02.html

This system of "Bible Codes" isn't that new after all.

I recall a similar "evangelist" by the name of Ed F. Vallowe (1919-2002) giving a series of lectures in the early-middle 1970's who said essentially the same as Al Neal.

Ed Vallowe would say, e.g., "I don't read my Bible, I count it," or, "You may use a commentary, I use a calculator," etc.

I vividly recall how Ed Vallowe used his system of mathematical gymnastics to show in what year the rapture would occur. I won't bore you with the details, but his conclusion was that the rapture would occur in 1981. This was his concluding statement on this: "Anyone who doesn't believe that the rapture will occur in 1981 doesn't know his Bible!"

A few years after 1981, I wrote to Ed Vallowe and asked him for some clarification on this statement. No reply was ever given to me even though I included a self-addressed, stamped envelope for his reply.

One thing I did notice on the You Tube video was the fact that even You Tube considered Al Neal's "lecture" to be "Entertainment."

I'm not a subscriber to prophecy club, and I understood Al Neal was not a fan either..

    Yeah, they did.

They didn't have that much power, and they tended to use a lot of battery power since the era of LCD's hadn't evolved that much into the general market.

Guess I should have kept the couple I had back then.....They'd probably be of some value on EBay now days!!

Lady Di's death was predicted in Mody Dick as well. Check the link. That's what I did for a Klondike bar.
