    No. First of all it will never get through Congress and second of all even if it did it would never get the 2/3 of the states ratifying it that an amendment requires before Nov of 2016.

    No, he won't.

    He wouldn't even attempt it.

    If he did, people would march to DC with the purpose of removing him. No one would support him staying in office.

    On January 25, 2013 it was referred to the Subcommittee on the Constitution And Civil Justice. Hasn't been heard or discussed since.

    2/3 of Congress must vote in the affirmative - with a majority of Republicans - it would not even get a majority vote in Congress.

    Just the fact that it was introduced is concern.
