Montana Polygamist is Denied Marriage License

This appears to be part publicity stunt and partly sincere. Either way, it shows the problem pro SSM people are going to have with polygamists. SSM proponents made a big deal out of two people in love not being denied the right to marriage. "We're in love" seemed to be all that was necessary for two same s@x people to have the ability to get married. So how do you deny polygamists now?
