Hungary has had enough and does not want to be another Sweden, which has turned cities like Malmo into pits.

Wonder what's causing all these people to leave their homelands?

Wonder why they'd want to leave Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan?

I doubt that you have recently been to any "Cities like Malmö" in Sweden and do not think that you know what you are talking about. I would hardly call it a Pit.

I googled "Malmo" and "news" and found largely stories about Muslim immigrants, bombings and violence - all related.

Sounds like a pit to me.

I understood "pit" to refer to a slum.

Also from the news stories - it would appear that slum would fairly describe the part of town where the Muslim immigrants live. I believe that I read that unemployment in those areas is nearly 40%.

My opinion only. I think that if one were to look at most larger urban areas, one could find issues. Malmö has had some difficult economic times, and there are areas that are still in decline by Swedish standards. Based on what I have seen, it is not a Scandinavian Detroit.

I will say though, that it is my understanding that there are areas that are becoming less friendly to Jews.
