Why have Republican politicians gone crazy?

Thirty years ago, Ronald Reagan declared, “It’s morning in America.” Now it’s crazy time in America.

Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) was the first to notice. After Donald Trump held a massive rally to scapegoat illegal immigrants, McCain said, “[He] fired up the crazies.” There must be a lot of crazies running around. The latest polls all show Trump as the frontrunner for the 2016 Republican nomination.

Trump then insulted McCain, saying, “He’s not a war hero.” Trump has preferred to call McCain, with his impeccable outer-borough diction, “a losah,” adding, “I don’t like losahs.”

After that, it was open season for craziness. Having revealed that Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) had once called him to ask a favor, Trump gave out Graham’s personal cellphone number and told his supporters to call it — and presumably harass the senator. Trump ridiculed former Texas Governor Rick Perry’s personal appearance, saying he started wearing glasses “so people will think he’s smart.”

The craziness in the Republican race is not confined to Trump. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said that if the nuclear deal with Iran goes through, “it will make the Obama administration the world’s leading financier of radical Islamic terrorism.” In an outrageous violation of Senate decorum, Cruz called his own party’s majority leader, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), a “liar.”

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, meanwhile, charged that President Barack Obama “would take the Israelis and basically march them to the door of the oven.” Huckabee violated Rule No. 1 of political discourse: Nothing is analogous to the Holocaust.

Why have Republican politicians suddenly gone crazy?

    Uhh yeah...

Wanting to deport murdering criminal illegal aliens is crazy.

Wanting to prevent a terrorist regime from getting atomic weapons is crazy.

You forgot to throw in eliminating financing the wholesale slaughter of the unborn for body parts as also crazy.

It ain't the Republicans that are crazy on these issues...

But thanks for reminding us where you land on these issues.

We will draw our own conclusions.

When the Gawker gave out Trumps cell phone number...

Trump turned his voicemail message into a campaign ad!

Proves that he is way smarter than Lindsey Graham and his detractors.

Has been for the last 6.5 years but what do you expect with a leftist street walker in the White House?

Sadly you are wrong Mr. Crab as usual. The American Holocaust is about 10 times worse than the Nazi Holocaust. We have slaughtered almost 56 million unborn children who have done no sin. The Nazi slaughtered 6 million or more Jews who could possibly have resisted.

Then there are the Marxists that you snuggle up to.

Just think! This country has slaughtered almost as many unborn children as Stalin and the Soviet Union did and in about 5 years we will catch up with them!

Crabby you are a mess. I totally disagree with you but not for the same reason as most of your so called opponents. You see, you and those supporting the Republican Party are one in the same. List any difference between Mitch McConnell, Bush, Obama, Pelosi, Boehner, Biden, and the fifteen clowns on one side and the five on the other running for President.

Donald Trump is no worse than any of the others, and may be a notch above. Your present belief that there is a difference between the two parties is a fairy tale, but you are in good company with you Republican apologist buddies.

Why don't you read the Constitution and you tell me there is a difference between the two parties. A Republican lead the five votes that allowed gay marriage appointed by a Republican President and approved by a Republican Senate. In 1973, five of the seven votes that allowed abortion to run rampant were appointed by Republican Presidents. Democrats push for abortion and gay rights. Republicans push for gay rights. They only speak about right to life at election time. Their hands drip with blood just like the Democrats. They do not care about an unborn baby, they care about the next election. PUll out the Constitution. Democrats and Republicans have run up record deficits. Were does it give authority fot that in the document? How many countries have we meddled in since WW2? How many times have we declared war as the Constitution requires. Not one. Democrats and Republicans. Neither party can control the border. That is the govts number one job.

So Crabby, you tell me, how can you possibly justify your theory of there being a difference. You are in the same barrel as the Republicans in this thread.

Cheap labor for the rich and easy votes for the Democrats--don't mess with open borders--only Trump is outraged about the status quo. If Jeb Bush would jump to the Democrats, he could be elected President.

The Dems cannot talk about their candidates so they have to try to cause division among the GOP. Trump irritates Dems because a lot of Dems, especially white Dems, would like to see the border closed and would like to see American great again and the jobs come back to the USA. Trump is the only candidate to make a big deal of what the American people really want--too many of the others on both sides are owned by the US Chamber of Commerce and the Business Round Table (both now Babylonians).

These are the last days and they may well be the very last days of the USA if the Dems win the White House again. Hillary would continue the Obama agenda although Bill would really have a third term and be running the show or else Biden would be Obama's puppet so that Obama would have a third term and be running the show.

Sanders is a communist. All of the Dems are elderly and on Social Security, which is why they know so much about Social Security and Medicare.

Oh, I meant the elderly candidates that the Dems are fielding--Jerry Brown, Hill Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, and that former Gov. of Maryland, not to mention Al Gore. All of them are over 65. They are experts on Social Security and Medicare because they are all on those two programs.
