    INTRODUCTION

Where did ISIS come from? How was it able to gain land, arms and money so quickly?

This book will answer those questions … and unmask ISIS.

Part 1 shows that the U.S. – through bad policies and stupid choices – is largely responsible for the rise of ISIS.

Part 2 reveals the strange history of the leaders of ISIS … Including one who never really existed, and another who – if you read mainstream media drivel – was killed … then arrested … and then killed again.

Part 3 delves into the little-known, secret history of Iraq and Syria … and discusses the real motivations behind our current policies towards those countries.

And Part 4 reveals the shocking truth about who is really supporting ISIS.

So grab a cup of coffee, and prepare to learn the real story.

We have people trained to eliminate. Let the hunt begin and take no prisoners. The job should be to eliminate them all.

    http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2015/09/unmasking-isis.html

What has been reported on since 2007 is now confirmed by senior US military leadership. The US created and now plans to openly use Al Qaeda to overthrow the nation of Syria.

September 2, 2015 (Tony Cartalucci - LD) - The Daily Beast's article, "Petraeus: Use Al Qaeda Fighters to Beat ISIS," reveals the final piece to the "safe haven" or "buffer zone" puzzle, providing the world a complete picture of how the United States and its regional allies, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Jordan, and others, plan to finally overthrow the government in Damascus, and eliminate Syria as a functioning nation state through the use of listed terrorist organizations responsible for over a decade of devastating global war.

    < snip >

This Was the Plan All Along

Indeed, the Daily Beast's shocking admission is not the entire truth. In reality, the United States had already conspired since as early as 2007 to use the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda and other hard-line sectarian militant groups to violently overthrow Syria in a bid to wage proxy, then eventually, direct war on Iran.

    http://landdestroyer.blogspot.com/2015/09/confirmed-us-to-use-al-qaeda-to-take.html

Bombing ISIS Conflicts with Syria Endgame

The United States and its allies are not effectively targeting ISIS — and, in fact, continue to resupply the group, as a number of Iraqis claim — because eliminating the terror group would conflict with the ultimate objective in Syria: the overthrow the al-Assad government and the balkanization the country.

The latter was explained in a document produced by the Ford Foundation funded Brookings Institute.

“Deconstructing Syria: A new strategy for America’s most hopeless war,” authored by Michael E. O’Hanlon, states that “the only realistic path forward may be a plan that in effect deconstructs Syria” and “create pockets with more viable security and governance within Syria over time,” areas that “would never again have to face the prospect of rule by either Assad or ISIL.”

Is it starting to make sense yet?

Social Engineering 101: How to Make a Refugee Crisis

September 13, 2015 (Tony Cartalucci - NEO) - Starting in 2007, the US was already in the process of engineering the overthrow and destruction of all prevailing political orders across the Middle East and North African (MENA) region.

It would be in Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh's 2007 New Yorker article, "The Redirection: Is the Administration's new policy benefiting our enemies in the war on terrorism?" that it was explicitly stated (emphasis added):

To undermine Iran, which is predominantly Shiite, the Bush Administration has decided, in effect, to reconfigure its priorities in the Middle East. In Lebanon, the Administration has coöperated with Saudi Arabia’s government, which is Sunni, in clandestine operations that are intended to weaken Hezbollah, the Shiite organization that is backed by Iran. The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda.

Hersh would also reveal that at the time, the US - then under the administration of President George Bush and through intermediaries including US-ally Saudi Arabia - had already begun channeling funding and support to the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood who would in 2011 play a crucial role in the opening phases of the destructive war now raging across the Levant.

In 2008, from Libya to Syria and beyond, activists were drawn by the US State Department from across MENA to learn the finer points of Washington and Wall Street's "color revolution" industry. They were being prepared for an unprecedented, coordinated US-engineered MENA-wide campaign of political destabilization that would in 2011 be called the "Arab Spring."

Reality Check: U.S. Policies In Middle East Responsible For Refugee Crisis In Europe

    The images are gut wrenching.

Hundreds of thousands of refugees from Syria and across the Middle East fleeing to Europe, being held in camps. Refugees suffocating in vans and trucks overloaded with people. Or the sight of 12 different children whose bodies have washed up on the shores of places like Turkey—where a three-year-old boy’s body was found.

It’s a massive humanitarian crisis. So who is to blame for all of this chaos?

This is a Reality Check you won’t see anywhere else.

Polls Show Syrians Overwhelmingly Blame U.S. for ISIS

The British polling organization ORB International, an affiliate of WIN/Gallup International, repeatedly finds in Syria that, throughout the country, Syrians oppose ISIS by about 80%, and (in the latest such poll) also finds that 82% of Syrians blame the U.S. for ISIS.

The Washington Post summarized on September 15th the latest poll. They did not headline it with the poll’s anti-U.S. finding, such as “82% of Syrians Blame U.S. for ISIS.” That would have been newsworthy. Instead, their report’s headline was “One in five Syrians say Islamic State is a good thing, poll says.” However, the accompanying graphic wasn’t focused on the few Syrians who support ISIS (and, at only one in five, that’s obviously not much — it’s hardly even news). It instead (for anyone who would read beyond that so-what headline) provided a summary of what Syrians actually do support. This is is what their graphic highlighted from the poll’s findings:

Cheney '94: Invading Baghdad Would Create Quagmire

In this interview from April 15th, 1994 Dick Cheney reveals the reasons why invading Baghdad and toppling Saddam Hussein's regime wouldn't be a great idea. He also stipulates that "not very many" American soldiers' lives were worth losing to take out Saddam during the Gulf War.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BEsZMvrq-I

It's pretty obvious why the neocons are working so hard today to blame Obama for their Iraq "mistake".

Here we are today essentially at war with Syria and there has been no debate about it. At least the Bush neocons faked having respect for congress and the American people by offering lies to gain our consent to invade, occupy and destroy Iraq. The Obama neocons just went ahead and took us to war with no debate at all. Okay they did try to lie to us about the "chemical attack" their Islamic proxies pulled off by blaming Assad for it. Fortunately there were enough people awake and wise to the use of false flag attacks to start wars to stop it.

ISIS leader admits to being funded by the US

In early 2015, Yousaf al Salafi, a man believed to be the Pakistani commander of Islamic State, confessed during investigations that he has been receiving money through the United States.

A few months after al Salafi revealed the funding he was receiving was routed through the United States, Michael Flynn, former director of Obama’s Defence Intelligence Agency, said he warned the Obama administration three years ago that the groups they were funding in Syria were actually Islamic jihadists. Now, a group of 50 intelligence analysts working out of the U.S. military’s Central Command have complained that their reports on Islamic State and the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda were being incorrectly changed by senior officials.

Fixing the intell to fit the agenda? It's deja vue all over again.

REPORT: SAUDIS FUNDING RADICAL MUSLIMS IN U.S.

The government of Saudi Arabia, which financed the 9/11 attacks on the United States, according to the still-classified 28-pages from the congressional joint inquiry on the intelligence failures that led to the attacks, recently shocked Germany by offering to build 200 mosques for recently-arrived Muslim refugees from Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, Pakistan, and other predominantly Muslim nations.

What made the Saudi offer even more galling to the Germans was the fact that it was Saudi Arabia and its Wahhabist allies in the Persian Gulf region that facilitated the mass influx of refugees after the wealthy Arab potentates of Riyadh, Doha, and Abu Dhabi helped overthrow Muammar Qaddafi in Libya and initiated a rebellion against Syria’s President Bashar al Assad.

In what could spell trouble for New Jersey Governor and GOP presidential hopeful Chris Christie, Saudi Arabia has also financed a number of mosques and Islamic cultural centers in crime-ridden Camden, New Jersey.

Investigative journalist Dr. Nafeez Ahmed has been relentless in exploring and highlighting U.S. government complicity in the origins and eventual success of ISIS. In case you aren’t familiar with his work, here’s a quick bio:

Dr Nafeez Ahmed is an investigative journalist, bestselling author and international security scholar. A former Guardian writer, he writes the ‘System Shift’ column for VICE’s Motherboard, and is also a columnist for Middle East Eye.

He is the winner of a 2015 Project Censored Award, known as the ‘Alternative Pulitzer Prize’, for Outstanding Investigative Journalism for his Guardian work, and was selected in the Evening Standard’s ‘Power 1,000’ most globally influential Londoners.

Nafeez has also written for The Independent, Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Scotsman, Foreign Policy, The Atlantic, Quartz, Prospect, New Statesman, Le Monde diplomatique, New Internationalist, Counterpunch, Truthout, among others. He is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Faculty of Science and Technology at Anglia Ruskin University.

Dr. Ahmed has been leading the way in documenting how declassified documents from the Pentagon prove that U.S. intelligence officials warned the White House that supporting al-Qaeda just to depose of Syria’s Bashir al-Assad would have serious blowback and end up funding and empowering radical Islamic extremists. The White House ignored this advice.

Two years later ISIS exploded onto the scene, and the American public was once again relentlessly fear-mongered into turning its sole, determined focus toward fighting this barbaric external enemy birthed by U.S. government policy. Civil liberties and treasure must once again be bequeathed to the military-intelligence-industrial complex to combat an enemy it funded and armed in the first place. The cruel joke; however, is that just like al-Qaeda before it, ISIS was a direct creation of intentional U.S. foreign policy.

The entire charade is frighteningly similar to giving the Federal Reserve more power to “save” an economy it destroyed in the first place. Am I the only one seeing a pattern here?

But I digress. Back to the topic at hand, which is the fact that the retired head of the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Michael T. Flynn, has admitted that the White House made a willful decision to support al-Qaeda fighters in Syria against Assad despite warnings from the intelligence community. These fighters, and others, later became ISIS.

Here are some excerpts from Dr. Ahmed’s incredible article. Prepare to have your mind blown:

    Continue . . . http://libertyblitzkrieg.com/2015/08/17/additional-details-emerge-on-how-u-s-government-policy-created-armed-supported-and-funded-isis/

But in the years they were getting started, a key component of ISIS’s support came from wealthy individuals in the Arab Gulf States of Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Sometimes the support came with the tacit nod of approval from those regimes; often, it took advantage of poor money laundering protections in those states, according to officials, experts, and leaders of the Syrian opposition, which is fighting ISIS as well as the regime.

“Everybody knows the money is going through Kuwait and that it’s coming from the Arab Gulf,” said Andrew Tabler, senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Studies. “Kuwait’s banking system and its money changers have long been a huge problem because they are a major conduit for money to extremist groups in Syria and now Iraq.”

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has been publicly accusing Saudi Arabia and Qatar of funding ISIS for months. Several reports have detailed how private Gulf funding to various Syrian rebel groups has splintered the Syrian opposition and paved the way for the rise of groups like ISIS and others.

    – From the excellent Daily Beast article, America’s Allies Are Funding ISIS

‘If we stop training, arming jihadists, the war will end’ – Virginia state senator to RT

As the Syrian civil war continues to rage and Islamic State maintains its foothold in the region, Virginia state Senator Dick Black told RT that “if the US stopped training jihadists and arming jihadists, the war will end.”

In a lengthy interview, the Republican state senator connected the crisis in Syria to the actions of countries such as Saudi Arabia and Turkey, who he said have armed extremists like Islamic State militants that are fighting against the Syrian government. He also blamed US meddling in the Middle East for the rise of terror groups like Islamic State (IS, also known as ISIS/ISIL).

“It is my hope and prayer that the United States wakes up and says it is time to end this slaughter. It is time to stop trying to topple regimes, bring order to the Middle East [and] stop the bloodshed. If we stop training jihadists and arming jihadists, the war will end.”

OBAMA ARMS ISIS-LINKED MILITANTS, PUSHES GUN CONTROL ON VERY SAME DAY

Obama authorizes resupplying "Syrian opposition" on same day he demanded gun control

President Obama authorized a shipment of guns to the Syrian opposition, a.k.a. ISIS-linked militants, on the exact same day he demanded more gun control in response to the Oregon shooting.

Even more shocking, Obama did the very same thing after the 2013 D.C. Navy Yard shooting.

The president approved the re-arming of the Syrian opposition, which predominantly consists of ISIS and its affiliates, on Oct. 1, the same day Obama suggested the U.S. should start banning guns after the Umpqua Community College shooting.

“The approval came at a National Security Council meeting on Thursday,” CNN reported. “…The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country.”

Virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State since at least 2013.

“The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” journalist Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”

The New York Times made a similar statement.

NATO Prepares to Send Troops to Protect Turkey from Russian “Threats”

Deployment will effectively provide military support for ISIS and al-Nusra

NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg said during a meeting of defense ministers in Brussels on Thursday the alliance is prepared to send ground troops to protect Turkey’s border with Syria.

“Nato is ready and able to defend all allies, including Turkey against any threats,” Stoltenberg said.

The move is in response to a claim by Turkey a Russian warplane violated its airspace last week.

Ankara scrambled two F-16s to intercept the Russian aircraft and summoned the Russian ambassador in protest.

According to McClatchy, however, the Russian jet did not violate Turkish airspace:

    < snip >

More Evidence of Turkish Collusion with ISIS

Earlier this week a leaked German intelligence document confirmed reports that Turkey is directly assisting Harakat Ahrar ash-Sham al-Islamiyya, a coalition of Islamist and Salafist units that have vowed to establish a Sunni Wahhabist state under Sharia law in Syria.

Ahrar ash-Sham is aligned with al-Nusra which has pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.

The Russians understand that Ahrar ash-Sham — currently the most powerful and effective jihadist group fighting in Syria — must be targeted if it hopes to turn back the effort to unseat Bashar al-Assad.

If NATO follows through on its promise to “defend all allies” by inserting troops in Turkey’s illegal “safe zone,” it will be effectively aiding and abetting the Islamic State.

In May declassified US Defense Intelligence Agency documents from 2012 revealed the United States and its partners in the Gulf states and Turkey supported the Islamic State and plan to establish a Salafist principality in Syria.

The Mystery of ISIS' Toyota Army Solved

October 9, 2015 (Tony Cartalucci - NEO) - The US Treasury has recently opened an inquiry about the so-called "Islamic State's" (ISIS/ISIL) use of large numbers of brand-new Toyota trucks. The issue has arisen in the wake of Russia's air operations over Syria and growing global suspicion that the US itself has played a key role in arming, funding, and intentionally perpetuating the terrorist army across Syria and Iraq.

    < snip >

    Mystery Solved

Just last year it was reported that the US State Department had been sending in fleets of specifically Toyota-brand trucks into Syria to whom they claimed was the "Free Syrian Army."

VIDEO: IRAQIS ACCUSE US OF ARMING ISIS AFTER DISCOVERING ALLEGED WEAPONS AIRDROP

"These are American parachutes that the Americans sent to IS when they were here in Baiji"

Iraqi residents have once again accused the US government of supplying ISIS jihadists with food and weapons in a viral video posted online this week.

    < snip >

While facts surrounding the latest video’s claims have yet to be substantiated, declassified 2012 Pentagon documents recently uncovered by a US-based political watchdog group show that the Pentagon purposely allied itself with Iraqi terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda, in an attempt to topple the Syrian government.

“According to the newly declassified US document the Pentagon foresaw the likely rise of the ‘Islamic State’ as a direct consequence of this strategy, and warned that it could destabilize Iraq,” reports award-winning journalist Nafeez Ahmed. “Despite anticipating that Western, Gulf state and Turkish support for the ‘Syrian opposition’ — which included al-Qaeda in Iraq — could lead to the emergence of an ‘Islamic State’ in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the document provides no indication of any decision to reverse the policy of support to the Syrian rebels. On the contrary, the emergence of an al-Qaeda affiliated ‘Salafist Principality’ as a result is described as a strategic opportunity to isolate Assad.”

Saudi Arabia just replenished Syrian rebels with one of the most effective weapons against the Assad regime

A Saudi Arabian official has reportedly disclosed that the Sunni kingdom sent Syrian rebels a new batch of one of the most effective weapons for battling against the Assad regime this week.

BBC correspondent Frank Gardner tweeted that a Saudi official confirmed the delivery of 500 TOW antitank missiles to the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

The FSA is currently being squeezed from all directions by the Syrian military, Russian airstrikes, and competition from jihadist fighters, including ISIS.

The delivery of the TOW missiles — which have also been provided by the CIA — will increase the capabilities of the FSA against Syrian armor, and it would enable them to more effectively battle against Assad’s recent military advances.

    Continue . . . http://www.businessinsider.com/syria-rebels-and-tow-missiles-2015-10

See the spin? The FSA = "moderate rebels".

This spin comes from the same BBC that relies on "The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights" that has been already been outed as a one man propaganda unit employed by the EU and one other "un named European country".

Care to guess which "un named" European country that might be?

So Who Are the Syrian Moderates Anyway? (Hint: Al Qaeda)

You don’t need me to tell you how disastrous the Obama Administration’s Syria “strategy” has been. After all, he pretty much admitted as much by announcing a pullback earlier today.

While the retreat in itself is garnering all the headlines, with people superficially focused on how “Putin outmaneuvered Obama,” the truth is far more disturbing. Putin didn’t so much outmaneuver Obama, as much as he called bullXXXX on the entire operation. Putin basically said that Russia would begin bombing terrorists in Syria, but the problem is that the U.S. is supporting terrorists in Syria. This is undoubtably true, which is the real reason Obama is pulling back. He needs to get out now before Putin proves to the whole world that the CIA is fighting with al-Qaeda in Syria.

For a dose of hard-hitting truth, I once again turn to one of the best sources out there, investigative journalist Nafeez Ahmed.

Here is some of what he published at Middle East Eye:

    < snip >

That last paragraph is key. This is not the end, but the beginning. You ain’t seen nothing yet in the Middle East.

Obama Drops 50 Tons of Ammo to Jihadists Fighting Russia and Syrian Army

U.S. officials confirmed on Monday the Obama administration has air dropped 112 pallets of ammunition to jihadist fighters in Syria.

    CNN reports:

C-17s, accompanied by fighter escort aircraft, dropped small arms ammunition and other items like hand grenades in Hasakah province in northern Syria to a coalition of rebels groups vetted by the US, known as the Syrian Arab Coalition.

The Syrian Arab Coalition consists of Jaysh al-Thuwar, Euphrates Volcano, Al Sanadid Forces, Brigade Groups of al Jazira and other groups said to be associated with the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

In July Jaysh al-Thuwar denied it had a relationship with Jamal Maarouf, the military chief of the Syria Revolutionaries Front and leader of the Syrian Martyrs’ Brigade, both part of the FSA.

Maarouf told The Independent last year the fight against al-Qaeda was “not our problem” and admitted the mercenaries he leads with U.S., Saudi and Qatari help conduct joint operations with Jabhat al-Nusra, the al-Qaeda spin-off that has joined forces with the Islamic State.

Maarouf also admitted passing weapons on to al-Nusra. He said if “the people who support us (U.S., Saudis, Qataris) tell us to send weapons to another group, we send them. They asked us a month ago to send weapons to Yabroud so we sent a lot of weapons there. When they asked us to do this, we do it.”

Euphrates Volcano is at best a junior partner aligned with the Kurdish People’s Protection Units. Al Sanadid Forces of the Shammar tribe are also associated with the Kurds.

By Any Measure, the U.S. Is the Largest Sponsor of Terror

Preface: As a patriotic American – I was born here, lived here all of my life, and love this country – I want the best for the U.S.

The Obama administration is dedicated to increasing terrorism. In fact, it’s doing it all over the world. Obama is running the biggest terrorist operation that exists, maybe in history: the drone assassination campaigns, which are just part of it […] All of these operations, they are terror operations.

The director of the National Security Agency under Ronald Reagan – Lt. General William Odom – noted:

Because the United States itself has a long record of supporting terrorists and using terrorist tactics, the slogans of today’s war on terrorism merely makes the United States look hypocritical to the rest of the world.
