    "Viewed ISIS Propaganda"

No proof of this. Just a guy that says he thinks they might have.

    "Used ISIS Tactics"

What exactly are ISIS tactics? Again, just a guy saying that he thinks they used ISIS tactics. Could have been Call of Duty tactics.

No, one of them was already under investigation by the FBI for possible terrorism ties:

The ISIS tactics would be all the bomb making in the garage, the scoping out the scene before going back for the kill and the IEDs, body armor and the rental SUV, among other things. The couple also had a six-month-old child even though "the records" say they met overseas six months ago. What I don't think it was was an activated sleeper cell, you think with all the ISIS members currently it the county they would prefer to attack several places across the country at once but you never know.

The headline is the first line of the story. If it is false I don't even need to go any further.

You're wrong. The title is fully backed up and sourced in the story.

If you think it's false, prove it.

San Bernardino shooting: Attacker pledged allegiance to ISIS, officials say

Investigators think that as the San Bernardino, California, attack was happening, female shooter Tashfeen Malik posted a pledge of allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on Facebook, three U.S. officials familiar with the investigation told CNN.

Malik's post was made on an account with a different name, one U.S. official said. The officials did not explain how they knew Malik made the post.
