OBAMA TO DELIVER PRIMETIME ADDRESS SUNDAY ON GUN CONTROL

    President Obama will deliver an “urgent” address to the nation at 8 PM this evening on gun control.

    Oval Office addresses are relatively rare. Obama has delivered three during his two terms. The addresses are usually reserved for major events of national or international significance.

    A Facebook post indicates the address will center on terrorism.

    CBS News, however, contradicts this by stating the address will deal with gun control.

    Obama’s address may contain a number of regulatory changes proposed by the gun-control group Everytown For Gun Safety, a national organization founded by former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

    Here He Goes Again: Obama Says It’s “Insane” For Millions of Americans On Watchlists To Own Guns

    Back in 2011 we facetiously noted that innocent Americans were being added to terror watchlists and No-Fly lists at an alarming pace. So much so, we opined, that by 2020every person in the United States would be deemed a terrorist and that the entire world would be on a government watchlist by 2025.

    We were kind of joking… but only kind of, because as we highlighted last year, the President approved a substantial expansion of the lists wherein concrete facts are no longer necessary for law enforcement and intelligence agencies to flag pretty much anyone, for any reason as being suspected of terrorism. In fact, the new rules set forth by the administration make it possible for one to be added to a watchlist for being suspected of being a suspected terrorist. Yes, it is absolutely ridiculous on its face.

    Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Alex Jones was WRONG!

    They pulled the article. There was no massive gun restrictions announced. There were no executive orders announced.

    As a strategy, the gun control argument is nothing more than a distraction...to take our minds off his failures combating terrorists and terrorism.

    It didn't work.

    The gun control argument falls under Obama's strategy not to let a crisis go to waste. It is tangentially related to San Bernardino.

    We don't know how many successes we've had thwarting terrorist plots because Homeland and the FBI don't advertise them.

    But, yeah, I don't have confidence in Obama's commitment to fighting terror.

    He couldn't stay away from it tonight either.

    And then there's this little jewel:

    "For seven years, I've confronted this evolving threat each morning in my intelligence briefing."

    He's lying. He doesn't even listen to half of the briefings. That's part of the problem. He has a closed mind when it comes to islamic terrorism. doesn't want to hear about it. doesn't want to address it, until forced...like tonight.
