My question deserves an answer! What should be done with the family and friends and even acquaintances of the terrorists in San Bernardino should a thorough investigation proves they had knowledge of their evil plans?!

Should their Visas, or even citizenship be revoked and should they be deported? Or if their knowledge was more on the level of being an accomplice, should they be arrested and tried as a traitor, or merely an accomplice?

    What would you suggest!?

If they are accomplices, they should be prosecuted under the law. If they are innocent, they should be allowed to live their lives in peace.

The FBI is questioning the man's mother and the next door neighbor who bought a couple of the rifles used.
But, remember Bills of Attainder are unconstitutional under Article 1 Section 9.2

Farook's mother should be arrested, but I don't know if Obama will allow it.

I would think under California law, she'll be investigated as an accessory before the fact. I think, the Feds call it mispresence of a felony.

If they could prove she not only had knowledge of what they were going to do , but also had input, they would have a conspiracy charge.

Accessory before the fact is different from conspiracy to commit. Accessory just means an individual didn't report what they are required to report.
