    The state of the union is grievous. When Trump comes on the scene as President there are great possibilities to correct his many wrongs.

    That, in capsule form is the state of the union.

    But you meant the State of the Union Address. That's a significant difference when you omit a very important word in your OP.

    Just another series of lies mixed in with his usual delusions and condescending attitude toward his audience. He really hates our instittrions like the Supreme Court and the military. If he's not insulting one, he's belittling the other.
