If Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, does not follow her oath of office and indict Hillary Clinton, FBI investigators will go public with their findings, according to former House Majority leader Tom DeLay.

DeLay told The Steve Malzberg Show on Monday the FBI is ready to indict the former Secretary of State on criminal charges related to 1,300 classified documents stored on a private email server.

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public,” the Texas Republican told the radio host.

“One way or another either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she’s going to have to face these charges,” DeLay added.

Sheesh, what does Tom DeLay know about all this that he's not telling? Now somebody in the Hillary camp is leaking all of this, but it can't be him.

I can't see why she ever had a private server to begin with - what was she thinking? I don't understand the situation well at all, but if DeLay is right here, I wonder if Loretta will throw Hillary to the wolves any time. The Democrat Party will have to scramble, else have a nominee under indictment. I still think that fake Indian lady in Masshole and Biden are the backup plan.

Poncho, Omuslim voiced his support for Hillary yesterday. That right there tells me she will get off scott free from all this.

I don't put any stock in what Obama says. He's a pathological liar. He also wants to be the next secretary general of the UN as does Bill Clinton. So the question is who's interests is Obama going to protect his own or the Clinton's?

This is going nowhere. They can stop wasting the public's time and money. Nobody, except for folks with a partisan agenda, gives a bit about Hillary Clinton's email server.

Fascinating how folks want to indict someone over some emails but won't indict a bunch of murdering police officers.

Seems consistent with the far right to care more about stuff than people.

It isn't some emails, it was what was in those emails, and the threat, and damage to the USA if they had been hacked. Not to mention her lies about the content while under oath, and her attempts to cover it up. I'm sure that part was accidentally forgotten to be mentioned.

Any cop who actually Murders someone, should be indicted. Not every Police shooting is a bad shooting.

Hillary should be worried if obamo is backing her, kind of like a football coach getting a vote of confidence from the owner, and 2 weeks later he is fired.

I will be surprised if she is ever indicted, but if it becomes obvious to the powers that are in charge of the Dem party that she has to many problems, she might be asked to get sick, and drop out. If that did happen my guess is they would have a candidate to step in, besides Sanders. With the primaries about to start it might be to late, unless they did something at the Convention.

I wouldn't mind if they would put up a candidate that I could at least consider voting for.

Again a bunch of nothing. There was notHing in those emails that hadn't been on the private email servers of past SOSs.

I know folks don't want her to be President. But yeah can Larry go of this Benghazi and email stuff. She's not getting indicted for either one, nor should she be after what the guy running the Benghazi investigation said.

This whole email thing is nothing more than the same type of politics.

The Democrats would never put up a pro life candidate, so they're pretty much disqualified out of the gate for me.

If they would start trying to work together in DC, maybe this country could do something. Right now the inmates (Rep and Dem) are running the asylum, and it side is spending to much time trying to "GET" the other one.

It's like the budget, both sides say we need to get it under control, but we will start next year, and next year never seems to come.

    Well maybe next year Frown

That would be one of the issues which would make it hard for the Dem's to put up a candidate I could consider. I'm not so sure the Rep's have one I want to vote for either.

President Obama will privately meet with Bernie Sanders at the White House, an unprecedented move which signals Obama is likely breaking ties with Hillary Clinton.

Obama’s invitation to the underdog presidential candidate, who until recently struggled to break free of Hillary’s dominance, comes as sources reveal the FBI is ready to indict Clinton and are even willing to blow the whistle and go public with their findings if the Attorney General doesn’t press charges against the Democratic frontrunner.

Although officials claim Obama is likely to “remain formally neutral in the Democratic presidential contest,” the president also gave an unusual invitation to an unknown Justice Dept. attorney in 2009 who was later promoted to lead the criminal probe into the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party groups.

That's pretty much the same thing I say about the GOP too.

Zaac do you say this because you feel the Dem candidates are more pro-life? It always seems like a issue that divides along party lines.

I predict if Trump gets the nomination he'll become a mouthpiece (a channel) for law enforcement to publicize it. He's gonna wear Hillary out over it.

She was thinking that she could say things that no one would find out about in regards to policy. Liberals do not want the general public to know their agenda because it is fundamentally opposed to the founding of this country which they hate with a passion.

Actually Kevin , I say it because I believe that after the mercy Jesus showed ME on The Cross, that it becomes less than Christlike for me to demand or be okay with a punishment of death for anyone's sins without demanding or being okay with the same for myself.

In that regard, I believe that the GOP is just as anti-life with people outside the womb as they say the Dems are with babies inside the womb.

Pro-life means pro-life. And it's less than genuine for folks in the GOP, especially CHRISTIANS who should be well aware of their own death pardon, to try to pretend like they are pro-life when in essence they really aren't.

If you are in favor of abortion or capital punishment, I've grown to believe that I cannot support such a person as a candidate for President.

It goes against the two things I try to look at first when assessing candidates.

    1. Does the candidate love Jesus? If not, I'm not voting for ya.

    2. Does the candidate love others (ALL others) out of the overflow of a love for Jesus? If not, I'm not voting for ya.
