Rick Santorum did Marco Rubio no favors Thursday morning when he appeared on Morning Joe and said the Florida senator has had no accomplishments.

“The bottom line is there isn’t a whole lot of accomplishments,” said the former Pennsylvania senator. Santorum dropped out of the race for the Republican nomination Wednesday afternoon and announced his endorsement of Rubio. (RELATED: Rick Santorum Drops Out, Endorses Marco Rubio)

Santorum was upset by host Joe Scarborough’s line of questioning calling it unfair. Scarborough had asked, “List one accomplishment that Marco Rubio has achieved in four years in the United States Senate. It doesn’t even have to be a passed bill.”

Rubio has drawn criticism from opponents throughout the election cycle for his attendance record in the Senate and overall lack of a record. Rubio himself said in October that he was “frustrated.” He is not running for re-election in the Senate.

He and Ted Cruz are roughly in the same boat. Ted Cruz , after two years in the Senate when he announced he'd be running for President, had one piece of legislation with his name on it. While not a measure of effectiveness, he, like Rubio, hadn't been in the Senate long enough to accomplish anything other than a "filibuster".

Might as well call both of them out.

Marco has the endorsement of Rupert Murdoch and the weight of Fox broadcasting behind him.

That's enough in itself to make me scratch through his name.

My Rand Paul write-in is starting to sound better every day.

    Prove it.

Faux News might as well be renamed Trump News, given the amount of coverage they've given him. They've kissed and made up after Trump's foolish decision to snub their debate and diss their star news anchor.

Let's face it. You'll scratch through anyone's name that's not a far left wacko.

I don't watch it. I have it on XM Satellite radio in my truck and I sometimes scan through it when POTUS radio is on commercial breaks. It seems like Trump is constantly the subject matter. Also, I have a couple of friends that watch a lot of Fox News, in fact, I got the idea of calling it Trump News from one of them. He was complaining about how much coverage Trump gets.
