    Actually, Joe Biden was among the least well-off senators. And he may be one of the least among Vice-Presidents of the last century or more.

    But it's not his peers that the average citizen cares about; it's us. Liberals don't compare republican "old, rich white men" to other politicians; they compare to the average Joe who lives in poverty.

    So why do all these old, rich white democrats get a free pass? (that question isn't for you, Rippon; I understand the point you're making, and I believe you understand the point here)
