    Salty, I don't know what the highest or lowest should be. But I am in favor of a flat tax with absolutely no extra deductions or loopholes for the rich and super-rich.

    Fully agree! except for the "no extra deductions or loopholes for the rich and super-rich"
    EVERYONE PAYS the same low % regardless of income.
