The very same man claiming to be a believer, a Baptist no less, has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar of deceptive acts ever since Iowa and his innuendo that Carson was leaving the campaign. He has misrepresented his challengers in speech after speech, but the television ad showing his competitor, Marco Rubio shaking hands with the snake, er, excuse me, President Obama, seems to show that Cruz is either desperate or just plain deceptive, and in my view, he is devious, and willing to say or do anything in order to win this nomination!

Do you think Cruz is just playing the game, or do you perceive his moves to discredit his challengers as being the kind of character flaws that would not make for a good leader of the free world???

Yes, he runs under TRUSTed, or trusted, and his actions are a breach of that trust, deceit and double dealing in order to win at any cost!

I don't believe the picture is to be taken as literal but as figurative to make a point. I believe that is the intention.

If you are going to be in national politics you can expect dirty tricks. It is part of the game, especially with the current GOP extremists who have no ethics.

At least you didn't say Cruz is dishonest because he is Hispanic.

I'm not sure how anyone can look at that picture and not immediately tell it's a photoshop.

You are correct. Bill lied about his extramarital flings. Hillary lied to the families about Benghazi. Ted Cruz lies most of the time. Rubio, well I am still waiting to find out more. Trump .... he didn't get illions of dollars by playing nice. Jejuna, Kasich, and Christie, had to lie from time to time to.succeed in politics. And before you jump me about that, do any of you know a politician who didn't at one time or another, tell a fib to gain support and votes?

That is why a Bible believing believer could never succeed in politics. Lies are part of the package. If you disagree with me, that is your right, but then you are probably lying to yourself.

For that reason, Trump would get my vote. Sure he plays the game .... but I have know doubt he is in this for the rright reasons. He loves America. And he will fight for the average person, something no one in organized politics has done in years, or longer. Trump has nothing to gain. He's got it all. The others only have their drive to be a career politician. Trump doesn't need this, but wants to make the country great again for everyone who have been forgotten in the world of dog eat dog politics. Saleh!

This kind of "treachery" is probably an asset for the job of President.

Don't go around thinking Trump wants to be President out of some love for country. More likely it is out of love of himself and the love of money. I'm certain he's figuring a way to make money on the gig.

These two probably hang out together and laugh about how stupid we are to believe they're rivals after the cameras are turned off.
