A Reddit user wrote a lengthy post to “The_Donald” subreddit on Wednesday detailing how she has “been secretly watching Trump and his speeches for the last few months and agreeing with what he says about Islam.”

“Until yesterday, I had not once removed my Hajib in my life while outside,” the author, a 19-year-old girl whose parents are Muslim immigrants, explained. “I tried to do it once when I was 10 years old, and my parents grounded me for a week.”

The author states, in her view, the idea of “moderate muslims… is xxxxxxx.”....

    .....
Finally, the author expressed outrage at the “liberals on campus apologizing for Muslims” and noted that “the Bernie girls going around wearing Hajibs ‘in solidarity’ … are officially a conquered people of the caliphate.”

“Only Trump is standing up to these animals. We don’t want a single one in our country. If Trump doesn’t win, I will happily die the last woman not covering her head. Liberals have no idea what Islam really is.”

So now we've officially added Muslims in with Blacks as a group to be demonized and marginalized.

Like with Blacks, the media is now looking for that one person to speak against Islam and say something that contradicts what hundreds of millions of Muslims stand for. And as with Blacks, the weight of this one is supposed to carry more weight than the hundreds of millions.

If Malcolm X were alive, he'd change his quote to read But whenever a Muslim stands up and says something that white people don't like then the first thing that man does is run around to try and find somebody to say something to offset what has just been said. This is natural but it is done.

Then you have the referring to Muslims as animals as was done with Blacks.
You incorporate the notion that Muslims are more violent than everyone else and you got the trifecta.

Now if they can just find something that the white people do too, but their focus can be on imprisoning and demonizing the Muslims who do it, then HISTORY needs to meet itself. Oh wait. We've already started doing that with terrorism.

    Absolutely amazing.

I may be wrong, but I have a feeling this is a piece of fiction. The woman is never named. The college is not named. There is nothing in the piece that can be checked for accuracy. And some of the fictitious claims strongly indicate this is a creative piece of fiction. And, yes, the author uses hate speech.

Was it hate speech for Paul to say if anyone, including an angel from heaven, preaches a different gospel then let him be accursed?

I got that impression too and did some checking. Haven't found anything concrete yet.

Do some research on what hate speech is and you will find your answer.

Hate speech, according to the American Bar Association, is speech that offends, threatens, or insults specific groups or individuals based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other traits.

That Scripture from Paul didn't single out. It was for EVERYONE including an angel from heaven.

Bunk. Anyone preaching a different gospel having a curse pronounced on them is obviously of a different religion, and would be offended, a concept which makes free speech meaningless ("you can say what you think as long as I'm not offended by it"). [Provocative language removed]

Nope. He says ANYONE because he means ANYONE even if they are of the same "religion". So stop whining. Anyone means anyone.

So, he says anyone. So can I-- if anyone is not a Christian who believes the bible he is a pile of excrement. It's a charge to know that ain't hate speech.

Umm that's right and thus CTB's comment to ya.
Incorrect again. Scripture didn't discriminate. You have.

[Insulting language removed] Any one who is not of the one gospel is cursedcursed. No matter how it is said the meaning is the same.

[Provocative language removed] So thanks for being a good example.

I know what Scripture says. You tried to present it as hate speech and it doesn't meet the definition of hate speech. So ain't no need to now try to make it look like something else was being talked about.

Yes or No: did Paul offend a specific group of people with the citation in question (that is, all who preach a different gospel)?

Evidently you don't, tw. The word identifies those who are included in the group referred to. So answer my question.

Are you preaching a different gospel from that which Paul preached?

No, are you? For example, Paul said he who does not work shall not eat. Do you proclaim that or something contrary thereto?
