    As far as I know:

Baptist: Don't agree with Infant Baptism. They also believe Immersion is the only legit form of Baptism.
Pentecostal: Speak in tongues? What are their views on Baptism? Any other differences?
    Lutheran: ?
Presbyterian: Calvinistic and believe in Infant Baptism. What modes of Baptism do they agree with? Any other differences?
Methodist: All are Arminian? What are their views on Baptism? Any other difference?

I think that's every major Protestant denomination besides non-denominational.

Presbyterian Baptism - a sign of God’s covenant and is administered to those who come as adults to trust as Christ as well the children of believers in their infancy. All three modes are used - immersion, effusion and sprinkling.

Uh oh, you won't be making any friends here (especially with DHK). Infant baptism - oh the horror of it all!

Baptist. Doctrine based on careful exposition of the bible.

Pentecostal. Doctrine based on emotional excess and a false Pneumatology.

Lutheran. Doctrine based on traditions brought out of the Roman Catholic Church at the time of the Reformation.

Presbyterian. Same as Lutheran but slightly more in line with the bible.

    Methodist. Between Lutheran and Presbyterian.

    Major differences -- seen below.

    1. How many Baptists does it take to change a light bulb?
    Change???

    2. How many Pentecostals does it take to change a light bulb?
Only one, since his/her hands are in the air anyway.

    3. How many Presbyterians does it take to change a light bulb?
None. God has predestined when the light will be on.

    4. How many Lutherans does it take to change a light bulb?
    None. They use candles.

    5. How many Methodists does it take to change a light bulb?
This statement was issued: "We choose not to make a statement either in favor of or against the need for a light bulb. However, if in your own journey you have found that a light bulb works for you, that is fine. You are invited to write a poem or compose a modern dance about your personal relationship with your light bulb (or light source, or non-dark resource), and present it next month at our annual light bulb Sunday service, in which we will explore a number of light bulb traditions, including incandescent, fluorescent, three-way, long-life, and tinted – all of which are equally valid paths to luminescence."
