I have been trying to give up coffee and doing well. Have had one mug in the last two months or so. My daily dose of Liquid Sunrise has lately been in the form of tea.

This morning, I decided to try an espresso. Wow. Guess that I am not used to that any more. *laugh*

    Have you tried chiccory coffee?
I have found it to be some what of a middleground.
And chiccory has its own health benefits to central nervous system.

Think I'll stick with coffee. They have found so many benefits from drinking it daily.

I do like a good cup of Earl Grey tea.

Had to switch to decaf about a year ago. Now only drink one cup on Fridays, Sat. and Sun.

With regular coffee it used to be two cups per day.

Three fourths a cup of water, a teaspoonful of instant folgers and a liquid creamer french vanilla filled to the brim though the flavors vary... YUMMY!... I also like flavored tea!... With all that am I considered a true coffee drinker? My mother use to drink postum!... Brother GlenConfused

Prefer Cuban coffee -- preferably cafe con leche (with lots of milk and sugar).

Never could understand why people added sugar to coffee. It is supposed to be bitter.

What is added to that Mountain Dew. If I did drink I would try the Mountain Dew with the Irish Creme, but it doesn't sound to good. Sick

Get you a good English Breakfast tea or Earl Grey and add milk or creamer to it. Tastes better than coffee :)

I can't stand sugar in hot coffee, but on the rare occasion that I drink an iced coffee, bring on the flavors and sugar.

Agree. Iced coffee is dessert for adults.
