    No doubt this is the reason the Republican constituents are dissatisfied and desire a radical readjustment.

    The conventional analysis is that the current GOP leadership is not conservative enough. This is what gave rise to the Tea Party, caused Boehner to resign, and gave rise to scathing criticism of Mitch McConnell. So, naturally the GOP nominates a Democrat for their presidential candidate.

    The federal government trumps state governments. So, we can ignore your state government statistics. Effectively, the Supreme Court is the highest power in the land, and they're one empty seat from a Fifth Democrat Activist. The Presidency is effectively the second most powerful, given that the president can veto Congress, eliminating the power of the Republican majority. And, the Democrats currently hold the presidency.

    A Republican majority isn't a horror like a Democrat majority is.

    Liberals are already winning on almost every issue, even before getting full control of the Supreme Court, which is their unholy grail.
